I was lost in Albuquerque. My Apple IPhone fell on the floor of the car and the screen enlarged and I couldn't get it to go back to normal so I could get home. I was so happy and exhausted when I saw the TMOBILE store. I'm an old Army veteran with a fractured spine and I nearly cried when I saw the store. I asked the store clerk who was not busy to fix it please and show me how to do it so that I can do it myself next time. He said that this store doesn't do that and I need to go to an Apple Store. So, I asked some of the people in the store if they knew how to fix the screen because young people are great with electronics. The store clerk told me that I was not allowed to talk to the other people in the store and that I was yelling and he told me that I had to leave his store immediately. He kicked me out. I'm a 72 year old female Vietnam war veteran with a fractured spine. I'm also a chaplain and I was clearly identified in my jacket. I am no threat to anyone but he made me into a target for his actions. I went next door and asked for help and was met with kindness, decency and respect. The staff was helpful and the customers helped too! They looked up the problem and had it solved in no time. He could have done the same thing but he chose apathy with an old lady and kicked her out instead. And yes I speak loudly because I am hearing impaired from the Army. I explained that also. I went back to the TMOBILE store on Coors Blvd and Sequoia to show him how to fix the issue for the next customer and apologized for speaking loudly and explained that the trick is three fingers tapped on the screen will increase or decrease the screen size. He ignored me. He wrote me off. I left. I won't be going back there again. But I will go next door to the SUPERCUTS on Coors and Sequoia for the people who haven't lost their humanity. GOD BLESS YOU. Ridiculous experience. I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and have generally had great service, albeit in Seattle. I wanted to trade in my Android phone for an iPhone, so I stopped by this store on my way home from work on Friday. The store was busy, but there were two people walking around with tablets just taking customers' names as they entered. Most stores have one person doing this--having two people doing nothing but that while others waited seemed odd. Eventually it was my turn. I explained what I wanted, and the salesperson asked if I had the T-Mobile app on my phone. I did, and he proceeded to place an online order on my phone. I wasn't sure where this was going, but I went along with it. He then explained that the phone would be mailed to me. I asked, "I can't get the phone here?" He said no, because transferring from Android to iPhone takes a long time since they use different systems. Yes--exactly. That's why I came to the store. As he finished the order, he told me I owed $165 today, plus the monthly charges. When I asked what the $165 was for, he said it was tax and a fee for having the transaction done in the store. So I was being charged extra for someone to order a phone on my own phone, something I could have easily done myself. I declined, and he canceled the order. What made this even stranger is that I went home and ordered the phone online myself. The website gave me the option to pick up the phone at the very same store, and the total due was $100.96. I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but I will never return. T-Mobile should seriously review the business practices of this store. read more

i have t-mobile and we already have to deal with the people on the phone who don't fully understand english, now ON TOP OF THAT we have these rude workers. I bought i screen protector online and couldn't put it on, I was more than willing to purchase a new screen protecter with privacy screen but I just wanted to know the prices. This red haired girl couldn't stop saying no and acting like i was stupid for asking for the prices of 180 or 360 privacy screen bc somehow theres no difference. even though there very much so is a difference and you should know that if you work at a phone store. read more

DO NOT use this store! I went to this store on a Monday. There were approximately 5-8 people waiting for service; however, there was no waiting list or sign up sheet. Brought in my T-Mobile phone which the speaker hasn't been working and even though my phone still has the manufacturer warranty the employees flat out told me they couldn't do anything for me. It's sickening how T-Mobile is more about upwelling useless warranties now and selling more phones rather than fixing a problem. The guy looked at my phone and was like "yup definitely a speaker issue... if you buy a two year warranty..." then he also included, "or you can get a new phone... for under 30 a month" they have little to no experience on any of the phones like they used to or minimal information anymore. It's not about helping it's about selling. Definitely will stop using T-Mobile pretty soon. They have lost their vision. It's not just this store it's all of the stores. Came to get a new phone. Male employee "helped" me. He did not have a name tag and had very poor communication. It was an awkward transaction because of the lack of communication and everything had to be re-done. When I got home to check my phone, HALF of my photos were GONE. He was supposed to transfer my photos and videos. I only have half.... I'm so upset. read more

Awesome customer service!! The rep went above and beyond to assist with getting a new phone and also made sure transferred all of my stuff from my SIM card to my new phone. We even ended up getting new phone covers that were on sale!! IT WAS A HAPPY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE! Thank you, Peter! Some other sites need to learn this much needed quality.
