The breakfast tacos were still out, so we got several of the brisket tacos. 5 stars for epicly simple brisket tacos. Just fresh excellent quality flour tortillas and a healthy scoop of diced brisket. Enjoyed without salsa or any accomplishments. The tortillas were so moist and delicious, it was like they'd just been made. The brisket, simply plain, was surprisingly moist and flavorful. Ate a second one after it'd been cooling to room temperature for an hour or so of driving, and it was still very good. A step down from freshly hot, but still a simple taco I'd grab again and again. Sometimes we avoid Buc-ee's because of the crowds, but next time I see one, all I'll be thinking of is the brisket tacos.
