I am disabled and could not get out and go in myself or I would have. They followed my daughters around in pairs and told them that for their safety they had to get off of the phone and that she has 3 minutes to make a purchase or leave. Mind you I was on a Facebook video call telling my daughters what I wanted them to get for me, and for most of the items I had to send them to the clerk to inquire about a price because the items had no price at all. I realized that they are in there making up prices as they go because they told me that a 4 pack of toilet paper for $2 and some change, was the same price as a single individual roll, and they tried to charge my daughter $6 and some change each for 3 frozen pizza's that were already marked as $5 and some change each. They should be shut down, and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

TL;DR: Meh. Nah. ETA (8/23/17): Apparently they have an…read moreongoing *undisclosed* problem with skimmers attached to their pumps. Not sure there's a stronger reason to say 'stay away.' Saving $0.03 a gallon isn't worth having to fight with my credit card company to reverse thousands of dollars of fraudulent charges. The TL: It's fine - a gas station after all. One of the places for lower priced gas in Elizabethtown: Swifties with a gas station beer cooler. Just make sure not to be hit, either on their lot by crowded customers on the days their prices are significantly lower than competitors (it truly becomes a cluster, lot has no signage and patrons are often...disoriented. I'm going with 'disoriented.' Yeah, that's it... ... ...) or regularly on the side street (between 31W and Poplar) continuing thru turn onto Poplar by staff & family members (who appear to be regularly angrily oblivious to rules of the road and actual laws of physics). Fairly dated and grimy. They advertise location-made food a lot (everything from a basic biscuit BEC to gyros and other not exactly average-for-Etown-fare)...would love to hear reviews from folks who've tried it and lived, because I'd love to have a place to find good other-than-chain-food, even if it's a gas station. Why I don't try it on my own, you might ask: well, I sorta did. There was no to-order food available when I asked. More than once or twice. And their soda taps taste off. Anyway It's a fine place to gas up your car if you don't get run over or harassed by a creep acting creepy in their pump area.

This is a great place for trucker to get fuel, food and to take care of everyday life events. The…read moreservice is great. Now when we go to the restaurant you noticed a lot of things. Now I question what is great service from my server in the restaurant. My server take my order, refill my drink, bring me my food this is awesome right? And 30 minutes later I'm given the check. I believe something is missing ,we're is the opportunity to allow the server to upsale to the customer before the check is issue.?? According to my sources the company policy from corporate prohibits servers from upselling and making the company profit. I believe this is bad business. I also believe it is bad business for corporate to come into a stores which is trying to make them money and put a stop to all programs and or ways to help profit the business. It is in my professional opinion that the people running corporate office have never step foot into the restaurant business they want a coast and glide by day by day and not worry about making money. It's as if they're sitting up their own business for failure. Because there are other fast food restaurants but nobody cares for that can easily rent the space and fill in where these fine dining restaurants are wiped out. So a messaged to corporate I think you need to correct yourself give the servers and the managers the opportunity to upsell your business and make you money. I'm not sure what your logic is but I'm sure that if they at least try to upsell the business you don't have to fly by and let other restaurants feel your shoes.

She would not allow any of the associates to service him as well. I've never heard of this and I felt that her actions were so rude and uncalled for. I don't like to pull the race card, however, that was the energy given off during the incident. As the mother of this customer, I was very disgusted looking at the footage.

It is pretty much halfway in our drive from Athens Alabama to Fairborn Ohio and we have made it our welcomed pit stop for years. The gas station itself has a restaurant type half if that makes sense. I don't know what they serve and during COVID it didn't appear to be staffed at all. They have your typical grab and go items like egg salad sandwiches or club sandwiches not made in house but you know pre packaged They sell lotto tickets and a variety of "get it quick" style things which is nice The restrooms are not clean but they do the trick with warm water in the sinks. They have a patio table our back and ample parking. I always look forward to stopping here to has up at the halfway point to visit sweet MIL. Again quick in and out right by the interstate. Staff are always pleasant.

The house blend is a medium roast and a decent cup of joe. The Tanzania blend though was delicious, medium roast without the bitter taste. I got a small soft drink too since it was on grand opening price. They have the digital soda fountain, with the different flavors. But my lime coke was okay. They also had 1/4 lbs cheeseburgers on sale for the grand opening and grab a couple of those for my kid and me. Lots of parking, 2 entrance and exits, one outside table, no seating area inside. But so far great service and good food and drinks.
