Had a terrific grocery pickup experience at this Walmart last week. I had a huge order for a week…read moreof house-sitting nearby and my car was loaded with personal belongings, my dog and I! I popped the liftgate in back and hopped out when I saw the person coming over. He was able to get all the bags in the open space, neatly, and even set aside my bread and eggs to put up front with me. Every piece of food was nicely chosen, properly wrapped and bagged. He was polite and quick. Great job, WAL-MART pickup!

Then said it would cost him too much in shipping to send the m8ssing jar if that was found to be the case so then they would refund the cost of the jar. This makes the cost of each jar for me at over $10 instead of a little over $8, when I paid $18.95 for shipping, original price per jar was under $7. One of the 7 jars I did receive was leaking. Noticed this after I called and basically was told to go screw myself. So I figured calling back would be pointless. Needless to say, I won't be ordering online anymore from them. What happened to customer service? There's no more integrity.

Stopped by on our way back home after a great weekend in Bardstown. We wanted to pick up some…read moresorghum syrup. We went inside and saw they had bacon, huge three pound sleeves of sausage. We had never had it before and I kind of hated to commit to three pounds of it, but we went ahead and bought it. Super friendly owner rang us up and we left. Cool thing was, after we got back on the road, we wanted to find a place to eat breakfast. We got off the beaten path and stopped at Crystal's Country Diner in Mount Washington, ( catch my review on this place!! ) where I had the best sausage I have ever had! When the owner came and introduced herself, I couldn't help but ask if they made that sausage in house. She was quick to let us know that it was from Old Delaney's! Needless to say, they will definitely be a stop when we return to Ky!

I…read morefeel like Kroger makes customers jump through hoops with the MANY, MANY sale gimmicks they inflict to get the sale price: Weekly Digital deals (must download coupons, Buy 5 to get $1off each, Buy 3, get 1 free, BOGO(the same item and you can't get one for half price, like Publix.) Also the store is dirty. Employees don't bother to pick up trash they are standing over. There is trash all over the parking lot and around the front of the store!?! Eighty five percent of the employees seem miserable, never smile, never offer to help. I would classify Publix as the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores and Kroger more like McDonalds.

Whenever I have a special occasion that I can justify it, I'd love to come and request a specific cut of meat here. In addition to meat and deli, they offer all sorts of goodies, treats, and things to make your meats taste better. It's always nice and clean inside, and even though it's a little tight that's never been a problem. My only beef (pun very much intended) with Boone's is that they're closed on Sunday, so I can't go to church and get my butcher shop shopping on the same day. Love Boone's, would highly recommend.

I love the speciality foods and themes they have. It's fun and delicious way to try new things. It's cool that you have to use a quarter for the cart, it keeps from carts being all over the parking lot or left randomly in the store. Nobody seems to complain or have a problem with it. The same with the check out process. If you want to bag your grocery, you can purchase paper or plastic options. This why I was use my reusable bags or a box if needed. Love that they are environmentally friendly.

Meat and produce selection are better than they used to be. Most people will still find that they can't quite get everything on their list at this location, but it's better than it was.

I have never met a Kroger seafood department guy as lazy as Todd on Sunday May 19th. First he…read morecompletely ignores me while another person is helping another customer. Then when he was finished and went to help someone who walked up after me, this guy says, oh Todd will help you. Well, why didn't Todd help me 2 minutes ago. Todd should NOT be working in seafood. When he prepared my crab legs he wrapped the package only once. I placed in my cart thinking that was thin. A few minutes later i winder why my 12pack can boxes were wet, as well as my clothe shoe. Oh, crab juice leaking on everything out the uncovered end of the package. Not my shoe will stink as well as the boxes of soda. Todd is a waste of Krogers resources and mine.
