However, I noticed a sick/injured bird in the parking lot on the way in, and I wanted to help. I knew it was a long shot, but after some failed Google attempts, I asked the cashier if she knew of any nearby wildlife rescues. She and two others helped me to investigate, gave me a box for the bird (with air holes), and all showed the same concern that I had. Sadly, the bird passed away on the way to the rescue, but I'd like to give the employees five stars for the non-traditional customer service and for being wonderful human beings. It's nice to know there are still kind, compassionate people out there. Thanks again! Note for any senior managers who may be reading this: The store was nearly empty at this time (I may even have been the only customer there), so the help I received did not affect these employees' normal duties in any way.

I kindly asked if I can come back tomorrow or make an appointment after 2 PM any day of the week and they told me no. They told me that I would have to no longer be a customer if I could not come in prior to 2 PM. This seems outlandish to me, especially given that I work with an extremely vulnerable population. I've never encountered such dissatisfactory sales service in my entire life. I would not recommend this location and I've never in my life gone out of my way to write a review on anything. We were leaving the cash out register when one member of the store refused to let 4 high schoolers into the store and didn't say a word to them, only speaking through the door and stepping to the door to prevent them from entering. Her reasoning to them through the glass was there were already 3 high schoolers in the store and no one else was allowed to be in the store. We walked out to the kids that were waiting outside and told them that this was wrong, to tell their parent/guardians what happened, and have them reach out to higher ups because this was absolutely unacceptable. They couldn't help but question what they personally had to do with them and why they couldn't go inside. As a mom, wife, and business owner, we all need to watch out for each other. I understand stores have their concerns but supporting each other should come first.. Business goes both ways! What message does this send to our children? They didn't know why they couldn't come inside because they weren't associated with the people that were already in the store. I understand how company's can have frustration with teens, but to enforce a "policy" and judge a group on their appearance is wrong. I wanted to share and let others know about the power we have in our dollar because this was definitely my last time shopping there off of this incident. We need to stop talking about change and BE the change we want to see. Our youth deserve better!
