I was a bit shocked because although most of the items were used, none were in disrepair and all were freshly laundered, folded and in bags. Several items were brand new, never worn. When I arrived to pick up my clothes, I was further shocked to find that everything and been crumpled up and stuffed back into the bags. Nothing was folded. This place is in serious need of a management overhaul.
