Therefore we had to return the next day to get it fitted by someone else. This lady asked my boyfriend to fit the watch for her instead of doing her job - the entire reason she was hired. Anyways, After doing some research, just recently found out this watch is a men's watch, and will no longer wear it. Three people at belk said it was a women's watch. I can tell you that if I knew anything about this mall beforehand, my parking situation would have been different. I parked near the end that hold Target and Old Navy, neither of which stores I visited. I went inside to walk through the mall to see what they had to offer. To sum it up quickly, not much. Like many malls, this one was dwindling in open storefronts. In fact, this mall is attempting to transition with the stores being able to have entrances both into the mall, but to the outside as well. Which can, in my opinion, be a factor of less and less stores inside. If I do not need to go into the mall to enter Five Below, then I don't intend on going into the mall after visiting that store. As for the parking situation, I ended up stopping into several stores on my walk to the end of the mall but didn't buy a single thing until the last store I entered at the other end. Buying pillows and having to carry them through the mall is not fun, also kind of hinders you from stopping anywhere else on your long walk back. I really do hope that this mall bounces back enough. Enough to have the community come back. I mean, there is a university in town and malls used to be convenient places to shop for items. I want to point out the two reviewers that obviously had a plan this year to create accounts to only give this mall a five star review to boost it. It took me probably over a minute just to get a "no" interjected into her spiel. It completely put me off the shopping experience. I don't think this is right of Gabe's especially when I spent a lot of money on this visit. I browsed the toys and I saw plenty of things to get for my sister. Stuffed animals, regular toys, and a good variety of clothes for boys and girls. The store is clean. My only downside is that the sizes are a little misleading. I'm a size medium and the Ed Hardy shirt I bought in medium was too tight so I recommend the dressing rooms. Besides that, I saw plenty of styles, items, and nothing out of the ordinary. I found the store nice and I plan to go again soon.

It became the most toxic work experience of my life. Management Issues The store manager, who has been there over 10 years, is rarely present (often helping other locations). However, when she is on-site, the atmosphere becomes oppressive. Fear permeates the aisles. Despite being punctual, a team player, and consistently going above and beyond, I rarely received the positive feedback or recognition I deserved. Scheduling Problems - Schedules posted as late as one day before the work week often. - Hours changed without adequate notice or employee consent. - Despite working full-time hours as a part-timer and requesting full-time status, I was told only managers and those with open availability qualified - yet new hires were brought on as full-time employees the following week. - Inconsistent scheduling practices created constant uncertainty and it was impossible to have a good work life balance. Workplace Culture Established cliques among long-term employees compete for preferred positions and shifts. The environment feels exclusionary and politically charged rather than collaborative.
