I was told that screws would be put in the subfloor to stop squeaks and that there would be leveling applied to level out the flooring. Well the floor still has squeaks and no underlayment was laid prior to installing the lvp flooring. Next is the horrific experience of the hardwood stair install. I went in and seen the flush return sticking about 1 inch away from the stringer and asked if that was supposed to be that way and Joel said yes. I told him I don't think that is the proper way to install the FLUSH return. He turned the blame on me and said that I was supposed to tell him (although I'm not the professional). When I told him I didn't like it his emotions set in and professionalism went out the window. He removed the flush return and proceeded to use the oscillating tool to cut the wood from the tread that was hanging past the stair by half an inch! The oscillating tool tore up the tread wood pretty badly and when he proceeded to glue the return piece there were gaps between the pieces. I then asked do you think it's best to use wood filler instead? Joel said No, thats how they do it. I'm not the smartest, but I'm sure liquid nails will look very different when sanding wood pieces that you are trying to make look seamless. Something just didn't feel right about the work and the supplies for each step ran about $60 and he had butchered 6 of them already. When I asked Joel is there any way he could show me the work he has done on stairs, so I can see how they had did others flush returns and staircases and feel more comfortable about the work he was doing. Joel got upset and said "you know what you can find someone else to the stairs." How UNPROFESSIONAL is that. He proceeded to gather his belongings and when my boyfriend came he tried to ask how can we fix the problem Joel said no you can find someone else. At that moment I didn't want anything else to do with the Zurdo company. I have video footage from my home camera of the entire interaction along with the improper work that was being done. If you are looking for a flooring company please do not consider Zurdo Flooring look elsewhere. Stairs are very expensive and then for a company to be so unprofessional in the quality of work and the way they handle business do not waste your money. I can't believe this is what I have to deal with and now I have to purchase more material that was completely damages and improperly installed.

He came to the house gave my husband and I a great presentation of the company and the work that they do and we felt very comfortable with him. We finished are basement and put laminate floors down. they did a really great job! They finished on time everything was neat and clean! I would never use this company again, not even for a DOG HOUSE. The service has been the worst service I've ever encountered in my life; the Quality of work is beyond disappointing and the value, umm what "value". They lie to you over and over again, despite what they say is in emails, text messaging and phone calls, as if you can't read it back to them. There are two people there who is running this company's reputation into the ground, " R.H and C.K " and the owner R.C is not making his employees take accountability of their actions. If only he would do his due diligence, he will see where the failure lies within his company. It's heartbreaking to see someone work so hard to establish a business and behind the scenes his 2 employees are tearing it down. Sad but True.

They have no integrity. Above All still has not compensated me for the damage done to the ceiling of my garage by their plumber, Joe T. Point #3: The reason why it took me so long to respond is because it has taken me a long time to simmer down from being so infuriated and enraged by how dishonest and irresponsible this company has been instead of just paying and moving on. Point #4: Instead of putting up a lengthy, bogus response to save face and counter my complaint, they should have put forth the effort to just pay the amount CONFIRMED via email by the contractor who made the repairs to repair damage to my garage ceiling. At the time, I was preparing the home to put on the rental market. Point #5: Stop trying to distract the reviewer with your irrelevant background and your bogus timeline. YOU PUT A HOLE IN MY CEILING IN A HOME THAT I OWN AND DIDN'T PAY FOR IT. Point #6: I don't trust Joe T.'s assessment of my pipes. He's your guy, he caused unnecessary damage to my home and you are not taking responsibility for it. Point #7: I wouldn't ask for CPVC adapter because I'm not an expert. The fact that you still didn't reimburse me for the cost of repairing the holes made by Joe T. Plumbing, despite the fact the contractor sent the FINAL BILL via email.
