That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! He even cleaned the mess that the previous crew made. I was promised the windows would take 8 weeks. At 7 weeks they were ready, but an unapologetic Hugo called to tell me that they didn't have any available installers for 4 weeks! (During the miserable August heatwave we had sun beating through our old windows and then had to wait until Sept 8). The first crew came on Sept 8th to install the new weather protection windows but the sills were wrong! We waited another 4 weeks for the sills to be replaced with the correct ones that matched our windows. If you are lucky to get Henry, you won't have to worry about poor workmanship... thank you Henry!

Poor warranty service! They do not stand by the product! I…read morehad all new Milgard windows installed in my home in the 2003-2004 timeframe. The initial installation went well. Milgard offers a lifetime warranty on their windows. Speed ahead to 2026... Some of my Milgard windows began to fog and show drip marks between the panes. I called California Replacement Windows (they were an authorized Milgard dealer) to replace them per the warranty. I couldn't get anyone to answer and I called several times after that. No return calls even after voicemail. My wife also called several times....Nothing! I wrote to them using the email provided on their website and no response! I don't know if this company was sold or merged with another company, but based on this experience, I would never buy replacement windows from California Replacement Windows because they don't support their products. I am not dissatisfied with Milgard. Their product lasted 23 years before I needed service. I found Milgard's website and completed a warranty service request, and they scheduled an appointment and soon after replaced my windows completely free of charge.
