This is a gas station / convenience store with a deli inside. This area doesn't offer much in terms of food options so I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon when it wasn't busy at all. We ordered a chicken salad melt and a hot pastrami sub. Side note - the staff looked at us like we were aliens when we asked for a chicken salad melt (as opposed to a tuna melt). Despite FOUR women working there, it took so long to make these sandwiches that my family tried getting me to leave and forget about the sandwiches. It was almost 2:00 and I was starving so I waited it out. When we got back and ate our sandwiches, they weren't even that good. Definitely not worth the price. To add insult to injury, there was no cheese on the melt. Avoid this place at all costs.

When I was a kid, my dad and I used to come here for beer, as we Windsor, Vermonters did not want to pay the 30 cents deposit. My dad once in a while, let me get a treat, may it be a can of soda, or a candy bar. We used to drive here in an old Chevy Luv Truck. I remember it being quite "rough" and dusty sort of place. Most folks come here to get beer or cigarettes. It's a local sort of place. Please come.
