Today wasn't the first time I've been here, but it will definitely be my last. I specifically requested a regular pedicure, yet I was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel--at least 3-5 times. They also convinced the friend I brought with me to get gel as well. This used to be my go-to spot, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The customer service has gone downhill over time. No one wears name tags, no one is welcoming, and the staff overall seems uninterested and dismissive. This has been my experience consistently since late 2024. I truly hope things change for the better, but unfortunately I won't be returning. read more

Everyone here is seriously the sweetest. I'm visiting from LA and was long overdue for a pedicure. Jay did my gel pedicure and was so patient and detailed, my toes look perfect. I loved the vibe so much that I decided to get my nails done too, and Janet did an amazing job. She did Apres gel nails with an aurora design, and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. I was having such a great experience that I even tried Julie for my lashes, and she was so fast and my lashes look incredible. So this is my second review, because my first review was apparently taken down. I am a nail tech from New Jersey and decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. This place was recommended to me from a friend. You know salons that charge you, whatever they feel like it because they figure you're on vacation, and they're never going to see you again? Well, this is THAT place! Despite the price list saying an acrylic fill was $45/$50 and pedicure was $35... I walked out with a bill for $155! They cracked out a calculator and started adding up all these extra charges!! $15 for the chrome powder they rubbed on my manicure PLUS another $15 for the pedicure too! $5 To fix a cracked toenail. $15 for 3 nail repairs. They even charge you to remove the polish from your previous manicure!!!! Again, I am a nail technician from New Jersey. Been doing it for 50 years and NEVER in my life have I charged anyone to remove Polish, gel or otherwise. This is just a tactic to scam people for more money, and it's disgusting. You literally have to fill someone's nails and grind off the color as it is. There's no reason to charge $10 more, so they added another $20 to my bill to remove the polish from my toes AND from my hands!! Absolutely A disgusting greedy moneygrab. So that's an additional $50 between the nail polish removal and adding chrome powder. ANNND 1 week later the chrome is already wearing off...so my $155 (add $25 tip so $180 mani/pedi) isn't lasting more than a freaking week. My last chrome fills/mani I did myself lasted well over a month! Do better T&T. Find yourself a reputable salon that won't rip you off. And I find it funny every 5 star review is from a year ago. read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and every since moving to Florida, I have been highly disappointed in the nail salons. But this place was the worst by any means by anything I've ever been to in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone first off I had to tell the nail tech what to do to my nails didn't do a fill the right way at all . And never in my life if I paid $50 for a fill never the highest it's ever been anywhere has been 45. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There's gotta be better places. Was recommended by a friend and honestly love the way my nails came out. I hadn't had acrylics for a while so it is so refreshing to look down at my hands and see my nail tech did EXACTLY what I asked for. Her name is Teresa and she is very friendly and professional. She also likes the same kind of nails I like so that made things convenient for me. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the receptionist is extremely ill mannered. Doesn't look at you at all when she speaks and if she does glance at you it's with the most offensive up and down look. Terrible attitude. But anyways, I will definitely be coming back for Teresa!! The salon is very busy, but they are very attentive and do a great job at making sure everyone is seen to and serviced in a timely manner. All of the nail techs are so kind and professional. Time to get my nails and toes done! But, I will NOT be going to T &T nails again--ever!!! My last visit, about 3 weeks ago, was mediocre at best. I got dip nails and a gel pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet--that's why I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1. The woman who did my nails hardly said two words to me. She talked to her friend the entire time. The dip manicure left a lot to be desired. When I went up to pay, the woman who did the manicure did not bring a ticket. So one of the owners called out $110. Really? The time before I paid $90 for the exact same services! Despite being over charged, I doubled the tip ($22) and added an extra $5. My tip was $27-almost 25%. When the receptionist looked at the tip amount, she said, "Your tip is $27?" I said that it was. She then said, "For 2 people, all you're leaving is $27?" She looked over at the owner. I said again that I was indeed leaving $27 which was approximately 25% of the cost of the service and I walked out! Hey management! If your people don't make enough money, raise their base pay and deliver good results! How rude and condescending your receptionist was and you sat there watched. I will never be back! I went here randomly while on vacation because my nails that I had got done at home literally peeled right off. I called and they said to come in right away, and I randomly got paired with Crystal- thank god!! She worked with me to give me what I want while also advocating for me to find a nail place that cared about my nails back at home. The sentiment alone was wonderful. I was indecisive with what I wanted and though I changed my mind a couple times before the painting actually started she didn't get annoyed or short, she actively worked with me to give me EXACTLY what I wanted! They're gorgeous and I got never ending comments on them, literally so many people asked where I got them done and I of course told them to check out my girl. And now I've told you too! A beautiful business with great minimalist vibes with little touches of glamor. It's incredibly clean here and every single employee is pleasant and treat you like a friend. First went here when Allure Nails cancelled my nail appointment the day of my Prom and they took me within 30 minutes and gave me exactly what I needed. Have been here many times since and am always so happy with what I leave with. I don't get gel manicures much anymore, but when I did I was blown away with how long they last. Was on vacation in Key Largo and wanted to get my nails done for a wedding. T&T nails was easy to make an appointment with. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff members, instructed to choose a color and had a seat. I got a pedicure first and this was absolutely awful. The lady doing the pedicure sat and bs'd with her coworkers more than pay attention to my needs. Ie) turning the hot water down, digging at a toenail that I mentioned was hurting and her not stopping. It was awful. I then got my nails done by Julie and I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. She does not listen to the clients needs or wants, she spoke poorly about other customers after they left. She was rude, rough, and inconsiderate. It depends on who you get. There's a guy who does gel nails extremely well. He does the job right and I never experience any breakage or peeling. I told him a work with my hands, so he accommodated me by adding more gel. Great service. Then I got a slightly older woman.. she was a nightmare. Completely unprofessional and my end result is breaking apart although I haven't been active. She asked me what I'm in college for, and told me to reconsider / do something else because I speak too low. I sat completely silent because my pet just died as she said, "Nah I think you should do something else. You can't do that.". Maybe practicing some polite customer service could prevent weird situations like this. I guess she ought to reconsider her career choice if she can't accomplish that. It was also a mission to have her look through nail stickers for me. I wanted the ones I had gotten last time and she said they never had them. Finally she got them out, but it took way too long. This place is always busy when I stop in or pass by. They are efficient but do an excellent job, which I think is a huge perk, from a customers POV. Pedicure is $30 with no extra fixings. The 'upgraded' pedicure is $50... glass of champagne, a soak, sea salt scrub, and a few minor upgrades which I wasn't in the mood for at that time. My pedicure turned out awesome!
