If there is an occasion where I need a repair, they are quick to accommodate me. The pricing is commensurate with other salons in the area. Call for an appointment and request your desired service in advance. They do not do acrylic nails or dip powder but can direct you to salons that provide these services. I came here 7 days ago and paid 100$ including tip for a basic gel manicure and basic pedicure. The ladies were indeed friendly and they are the only salon in the keys open on Sunday's which are appreciated! But unfortunately, the gel manicure was not worth it as they use products or a method that simply don't work. The following issues I experienced will keep me from ever returning or recommending: 1. Immediately after my nails were done, I had trouble running my hands through my hair without getting hair stuck underneath all of the nails. This shouldn't happen. Every time I washed my hair in the shower my hair would get pulled out from my nails because they had spaces beneath the polish and rough edges!! Now, just 7 days after I got the gel manicure, the entire nails are popping off with little no no effort (see pictures!) you can clearly tell they were never properly stuck down to any of my nail as there is zero damage to the nail. They are coming off like stick on nails. My gel nails normally last 3+ weeks as I am easy on my hands and rarely swim in the pool or ocean. I've never seen this happen before with a gel manicure. 2. The lady painting my nails left space between my cuticles and where she painted on every nail. The polish should come right up to the cuticle however with the space she left, it looked like my nails had already grown out for a week+ when I was leaving the salon. :( 3. The colors. I went in requesting a tan/nude color. They didn't have one I fancied on the fake nail pallet so the lady sold me on a color she considered looked pink in the bottle but nude on the finger nail so I trusted her. After the first layer was down, the color was clearly pink and not tan/nude. She said to wait til all 3 coats were down as it will look more tan. One hour later, 3 coats down, and my nails are a light pink... not a tan/brown nude. Again, see pics. She asked me after they were done if it is too pink but what is the point after it's already done and we just spent an hour painting them? :/ Overall, Very disappointing as I spent $100 hard earned dollars here for a manicure/pedi that was supposed to last 3 weeks but only lasted 6 days before peeling off. :( I am a local in the upper keys so throwing away money during our slow season isn't appreciated. read more

I love to support local businesses as much as I can. today was the last time I will set foot in this salon. they do ok work, but they are the priciest salon around which I can live with however what I can't accept not will I tolerate is being treated so rudely by the owners. I had a regular manicure and decided to go with a sparkle nail polish. First she says with a nasty tone, "leave your hands on the seat and don't move them. then I noticed that she didn't completely cover two of my nails with polish. so I pointed it out and she preceded to tell me again in a nasty tone that she will not use sparkle polish on me again because I only wanted one coat. i was floored at her treatment of her custome, and who is already overpaying. and I tipped her really well before she finished the job...my fault for that. I have no tolerance for business owners that treat the locals who keep their business going during the slow seasons. I will NEVER give them another dime! read more

I was accepted for an appointment an hour and a half before their closing and was told to hurry in so they could leave the salon asap. During the appointment, I asked for my nails to be filed into an almond shape, and was told I would be charged 5 dollars extra because it would "take up too much of her time" to file my nails... I began to feel rushed, so I asked the nail tech instead of doing gel nails if I could simply just get them painted, as in my experience getting my nails painted takes half the time as getting a gel manicure. The nail tech stopped what she was doing, ridiculed my character telling me I could not make my mind up, and refused to paint my nails unless it was gel. I told her I would pay for what she had already done, which was taking the gel off my nails, which she did a bad job at, I left with pieces of my old black gel polish still on my nails, and she also painted my toe nails, which I later removed because there was also still hints of the black nail polish. After I was made extremely uncomfortable, I paid for what she had done, and left. My experience at this salon turned out to be a huge waste of my time and money. I will never return back to this salon, I recommend going to Blu Bamboo and T&T Nail. read more

The rudest staff ever. Walked into the salon. Spoke with the tech. Tech asked me what type of services i wanted. I expalined that i wanted mani and pedi and on my nails i had gel nail polish. She wanted to remove my mail polish with electric nail file. When i told the tech that i prefer not to have it done with electric nail file. I was asked to leave because she did not have time for this nonsense. Wow. Have never experienced anything like this. read more

The nail salon was clean, but they use a brand I have never heard of for both Gel and regular polish. The colors don't match. They say they have matching colors, and have them numbered, but they are not actually the same, its just colors they put together. I wanted to do a pink color and my nails are bright pink, and my toes are pretty much orange. She took her time and did a decent job on the manicure and pedicure, but it's only been 3 days and the color on my nails is already chipping on 3 fingers. I think for $65.00 for a manicure and pedicure it should be a little better quality job. I used to do a Gel Manicure and Pedicure in Miami for $40.00, so jumping an extra $25.00 for a lower quality job just isn't worth it. Finding an actual GREAT nail salon seems to be non existent in the Keys. I've been to 4, and they are all mediocre and expensive. read more
