As an ex employee there, I have insight to the inner workings here. In my opinion, they are quite a…read moreshady business. I have seen more padded estimates there than i have ever seen. They write to replace a roof skin when any other shop would have 6-7 hours of repair on it, replace a quarter panel for fairly minor damage, replace undamaged headlights and taillights and other parts and then there is a guy who comes in and buys the old headlights and taillights. And as a tech, any time I would point out these things, the production manager would go off on me. I would let my supervisor know of this and nothing ever happened about it. I was finally let go because they overheard that I was looking elsewhere, and they lied to the unemployment insurance which I will be looking in to an attorney. Also they paid me significantly less than they promised me when I moved out here from Minnesota plus no 401k like i was assured of. And now I find out a friend of mine had his Tacoma fixed there and as he says, they did him dirty. Supposedly replaced the grille and headlight with nee parts but he found out they were glued together. All in all, the shadiest place I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I ABSOLUTELY stand by this statement about this place and I honestly expect there to be threats and attempted repercussions for this but there is definitely a paper trail to validate my claims They even have gone so far as to contact my present employer and disparage me literally monntgs after I left there... I guess the fact that they have basically no insurance adjusters to keep them honest really shows the lack of character of this family... when they feel the need to bombard the people with their embarrassing radio commercials several times an hour, Bellering on how "Superior" they are, probably should consider bringing your vehicle elsewhere...

Two miles…read morefrom my final destination a less than 30 minutes after sunset, I ran into a big buck hard enough to deploy my front and side airbags. The deer caused epic damage to the front hood, grill, fenders, and driver side door. My insurance company suggested that I bring my car to Kaisen Collision Center for an estimate. My 2018 Subaru Outback was still drivable, but the safety features no longer functioned with the deployed air bags. Rolling up to Kaizen, I met Vincent, who was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I quickly received an estimate for the repairs. Since I was 1000 miles from home, I told Vincent that I would leave the vehicle for repair. Vincent took over all the details to have the car repaired. Contacting my insurance company to dealing with the Subaru dealership to clear codes and reprogram the repaired vehicle. He updated me regularly with progress reports. I got my car back in 2 months, which I believe is fast for the type of damage and coordination needed between insurance, parts, and the Subaru dealership. All along the way, Vincent handled all the details. When I picked up my car, it was perfect. Everything worked the way it should as I drove the 1000-miles home. Thanks, Vincent, thanks Kaizen

After the estimator took about 20 pictures of all sides of my truck she told me she would sent me an estimate via e-mail. I then went to an auto shop for a 2nd estimate. 2nd place gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of arriving and made an appointment to have the new running boards installed. After I waited for 4 days I contacted Kaizen to see why I'd never received an estimate and was told that the running boards for my truck were obsolete and estimator was checking suppliers for replacements. All she had to do was check Amazon. So needless to say I'll never go back to Kaizen for anything. I believe they're liars and shysters and not worth my time nor money.

I have a Subaru Crosstrek. I was rear ended on 6 & 50 and pushed into the truck in front of me. Did not look terribly damaged but the brunt of the hit was taken by my hitch which led to bent rails. AND with pushed into the truck in front of me, HIS hitch went through my front bumper causing damage to the radiator and condenser. It was stressful but they were reassuring from the start. I picked up my car originally last night but had a stressful moment that turned out to be a bad sensor that did not get caught when they were doing their final inspections. They more than made up for it, getting me another rental car (as I had already turned in my insurance one) and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (even buying us dinner!). Finally got my car back early this afternoon and could not be happier. It looks great and again, I really appreciate all the hard work done to make a customer happy. Thank you to both Larry and Nick for a wonderful experience. We hope to not ever have to return (ha!), but if something else happened to our cars we would come back to you in a heartbeat. Thanks again. (And on a side note, when the car was "overheating" or so said the sensors, I never EVER felt "mansplained" so to speak, by any of them. They were all so genuine and kind in explaining what was happening.)

Thank you! Thank you!

Our insurance provider recommended Gerber as a preferred service provider and we took our truck to them with explicit instructions to get us an estimate for the full repair and allow us to decide what to have completed here and perhaps return home to have the rest of the work completed when we returned. The windshield was our pressing concern as it was significantly cracked in several places. We thought we might wait in the body and paint work until we returned home. Our 4 rating would have easily been a 5 if they had listened to our concerns but instead they began disassembling our vehicle to begin work even before we received the insurance adjuster estimate and gave authorization to complete the work. That left us no choice but to extend our stay an extra 10 days to await parts that had to be ordered from the factory and complete the repairs. The repairs themselves were done well and we were very impressed with Heather's warmth and kindness in communicating with us and making us comfortable during our visit. She is a customer service professional. George was very knowledgeable and helpful as well and took us to pick up a rental car. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision or glass repair and caution Gerber to listen carefully to the concerns of their customers.
