Recently, I received an email from the Denver-area Subaru dealer where I bought my 2010 Outback wagon in 2024 offering a complimentary multi-points inspection. I also received a text from GJ Scotty's for a complimentary brake inspection. I was suspecting a front end problem & was planning a trip to GJ anyway & preferred GJ Scotty's find & fix anything before my dealer. And Scotty's did! However skillful my Denver-area service options, Scotty's GJ is more pragmatic & affordable along with great work. Yesterday, my OB handsomely passed my Ru dealership's inspection. Thanks Scotty's GJ!

Flyin' Miata were wonderfully helpful throughout this process, and had their shipping manager work with FedEx to figure out what was going on. When it became clear that our attempt to fix the delivery had failed, they proactively shipped me out a new exhaust via 3-day shipping (thus avoiding the same thing happening again). Their customer service over the phone is generally excellent too - I had questions about the exhaust before ordering it, and some installation questions afterwards - and they were friendly and helpful each time I called. Overall, what an excellent business! I'm only one year into Miata ownership but I can easily imagine being a lifelong customer of Flyin' Miata! Plus their stickers are excellent.
