Dropped my car off at 8:30 am sharp (when they open) and returned at 5:00 with an understanding that this is artwork, not auto mechanics and that my car would be close to being done (they close at 5:30). Being a small operation, my car wasn't quite finished and I immediately understood why - they are GOOD! When "Vance" (owner) brought my car around, I was bowled over by how great it looked! This was everything I hoped for - quality work, fairly priced and no shortcuts taken! I'm so glad I chose Auto Show Offz for my car. I owe Vance a pizza (I'm pretty sure he didn't get to eat with as busy as he was) and my friend who referred me to Auto Show Offz at least a couple of beers! After the estimator took about 20 pictures of all sides of my truck she told me she would sent me an estimate via e-mail. I then went to an auto shop for a 2nd estimate. 2nd place gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of arriving and made an appointment to have the new running boards installed. After I waited for 4 days I contacted Kaizen to see why I'd never received an estimate and was told that the running boards for my truck were obsolete and estimator was checking suppliers for replacements. All she had to do was check Amazon. So needless to say I'll never go back to Kaizen for anything. I believe they're liars and shysters and not worth my time nor money.

Mild satisfaction that my heavy duty hitch went through his radiator like a hot knife through butter, but I digress. Dean and his team at Moore's (who, incidentally, have been in business something like forty years - you don't survive this industry doing bad work), did a stunning job of fixing the truck, matching the paint, and oh by the way cleaning the truck prior to me picking it up! (who does that, these days?!!). Dean kept me informed during the whole insurance estimate, parts ordering, and work performance process. He also 'went to bat' for me on a part that insurance initially wanted a used replacement on. He got me a new part, and I'm glad he did - after seeing the repair, I am pretty sure the used route would not have looked right. Overall, customer service, process management, and repair were all exceptional! I highly recommend you go see Dean and the team at Moore's for any auto body needs that arise.
