T&K does good work but at 5:30 in the morning? I called the day before as I was originally told they would be here sometime after 7 am which is early enough. I live in a development with homes fairly close. After calling their office I was assured by Phil that they would not arrive until after 7 am. Sure enough though Kyle arrived before 5:30 am and the very loud blower to clear off the driveway was going. I also had texted him the day before to shift the start time to after 7 am, but no change. Next time I'll find another company that doesn't give me false scheduling info and starts during normal business hours. We apologized to our neighbors for the early noise. read more

TK Asphalt gives American worker's a bad reputation which validates outsourcing to foreign entities due to examples as stated above.appened in prior summer as well, this was a carry over reschedule appointment from 2020. On Friday , a TK employee (Rick) called me and confirmed my driveway was rescheduled in the afternoon of 26th July and gave me the standard prerequisite  instruction to have the driveway clear in preparation for sealant technicians arrival on 7/26/2021. As I had to make prior arrangements to leave work because I would pay in person and meet TK technicians as preplanned from scheduling phone calls on Friday. As time went on in day, TK had not arrived yet,I called at 2:00 pm and once again, I was told, Asphalt technicians were enroute just finishing up a job in Mashpee and TK Residential dispatch rep, took down my cell phone number, told me he would call me back after he confirms with technicians on my scheduled appointment (of course he never called me back) .  My booking was under my wife's name Sue Linton and all was well and still scheduled. I told TK Residential service rep via phone conversation that I will leave a check in the mailbox and I must return to work. Later on in the late afternoon, I knew my wife would be home and I asked her, did TK Asphalt  show up and do the routine sealcoat of the driveway and she informed me no had come or called for that matter., Above stated just  purely demonstrates unprofessionalism beyond measure and quite cavalier to put it mildly.  I was more than understanding of your rescheduling and excuses, realizing things do arise and being flexible , however, your company just completely did not acknowledge my reappointments and never showed, this is noted and please do not contact me, your company is not even middling at best and disorganized. My experience with T &K Asphalt Services was horrible. Do not wait over 2 months for an appointment with them. I did. When my appointment finally arrived, they lied to me all day, then at 3:12 pm tried to blame "equipment breakdown " for not being able to do my job. Then the 3:19 call was about trying to reschedule a week out. This company handled my residential job in a totally unprofessional manner. Today there was a "good guy, bad guy" vibe going on. Started with a "good guy" call at 9:42am to a 3:19 pm call when the bad guy was just lying. My job did not get done. And it will not get completed by T & K. How could I trust them to ever show up! They don't care if they ever do your job! Very sad. They are trying to honor their founder's legacy, who died from ALS. Not doing a good job at all! read more

While driving down the highway on October 19, at 5:00 am on my way to work a TK Asphalt truck with the reg plate starting with #66. (Because there was no identification on the back of the truck and the rear registration plate was covered in dirt) had a rock fly off the back of their truck and crack the top of my front windshield. The truck was traveling over 55 mph in the right hand lane. I was the only car on the highway with this truck in front of me. A rock flew off the top of the truck and broke my front windshield. I sped up to try to get better identification of the truck but because he was driving so fast. I could only identify a portion of his plate number but it was a TK truck. I called the state police as well as the Quincy police and reported it. I also called the TK office and spoke to Scott Stevenson who is VP. He assured me he would look into it. The trucks have gps and he can confirm the truck and location at the time I am reporting the incident. Scott assured me it would be ok and to go through their insurance company Acardia Insurance. Arcadia insurance notified me today the claim was denied because Scott states the gravel truck was empty and there is no way a rock could have came off that truck. Are you kidding me? It is an asphalt truck speeding down the highway without the cover over the top of the back. They are denying my claim because they seem to think a rock could not fly off their truck and cause this damage. I called Arcadia and their investigation states the truck was empty so this could NOT have happened. I was also told by Paul Wrabel (insurance agent for TK Asphalt) it would take 30 days to fix the windshield and today he denies the claim. So if you see TK Asphalt trucks speeding down the highway without their covers on the back of their truck please call the police and report them. Their license plates are covered in black dirt/grime which you cannot read and they have no identifying numbers on the back of their trucks. They feel as though they are not liable for debris flying off their trucks. I could have lost control from the hit and noise that it made and could have gotten killed. But they feel as though all of this is ok. Do not do business with them, they are not a good company. Safety is not their priority. The trucks GPS proved it was their truck. But they are adamant that their asphalt truck could not have has a rock in it. (really) I left a message for the Owner Steve Rose about thIs situation an he has not called me back. read more

Never use this company, they reschedule your service time after time. But the final time was this morning, the day of service, after I spent $300 to power wash and prepare the driveway. I paid them $460 yesterday and they cancel this morning. They said they could possibly come next week, possibly they say, and it is irrelevant since the driveway will be dirty and wet by next week. So I said I will eat 100 of the power washing, you take 200 off the service and they would not budge. Horrible company, find a local company that honors their appointment. read more

My experience with this company was stellar. Just had my driveway and sidewalk sealcoated. Special thanks to Ben who went above and beyond by spending alot of time repairing and filling several cracked areas before it was sealed. I would recommend T & K Asphalt Service to anyone. read more

did driveway for $260 three years ago. They called me and quoted $300 this time. They show up and up the charge to $470 so told them to get lost. They measured the first time, they called and offered to do it this time at $300, then they jack the price before starting the job. Strange. read more

Totally unreliable and deceitful company! We hired T& Ks ( we thought) to seal our driveway while we were on vacation. My husband negotiated the arrangements and gave Ryan his cellphone number to call if there were any issues at all. After the arrangements were made to have our vehicles removed from our driveway, securing our check to the side door as agreed, off we went on vacation. It was only by a fluck that we found out that the company had called our home phone to say the check was no where to be found so the workers left and did not perform the service. To say that put a damper on our vacation is an understatement. I had no idea who had our check and we were very disappointed that Ryan didn't call our cell phone so we could have figured out if they were even at the right house We drove up from the Cape today and found the check exactly where we left it and now realize that they had overbooked their day and just blew us off. And after my husband spoke with Ryan today, we are convinced that they really could care less how much effort it took to make sure that they could come and seal our driveway as promised! Beware of their smooth talk! They don't mean it! So, so disappointed! If I could give minus stars, I would! read more
