They did not account for the 3-story height of the home as they threw shingles off and they landed on my newly powder coated (offsite) front steps all the way to my front door, and on a brand new deck and new patio table and chairs. I'm writing today because I noticed my painted metal patio table and chairs that were all scratched as a result of flying metal and shingles (as was my newly painted front railing) are showing premature wear as a result. My sandstone steps also had black marks from landing shingles. When I spoke to them about all the debris and damage they all but suggested it wasn't their fault. They asked me to email photos which I did and never heard back. I was too upset to pursue any further action at the time. One thing they did do was show up the next day unannounced and started sanding the black marks off my front sandstone steps. When you see the photos keep in mind they were working next door not at my home!!

With a hassle-free experience, the roofers at MacGregor Roofing took care of our nagging leaks in the sunroom, cleaned the gutters, and replaced buckling shingles. Going above and beyond what needed to be done, the company's owner, Bob Murphy, investigated the attic, to find the root cause of the buckling shingle problem. The house had also been suffering from rot around the windows, which they fixed. They were kind to not charge us for reattaching two pieces of siding that had fallen off in a storm a while back. They very quickly scheduled us in even though it was cold outside and in the holiday season. Everyone was very pleasant to talk with and the entire project for the more contemporary replacement windows was done within two days. The new black vinyl windows look very nice from the inside and outside and we can already tell that drafts are minimized in the house because of the new windows. The windows they suggested have helped to "elevate" the outside appeal of our 140-yr-old gambrel-roofed house, while not detracting from the vintage style of the house.

Countless promises were made, no permits, excuses to fix. Submitted to Attorney General with 45 pages of supporting evidence. Finally was determined in 2025. Concrete company determined inferior concrete but would not pay. Loyal Construction said not paying for fix. Tyler offered to correct the patio and driveway for $20,000. No mention on providing a breakdown on 2 projects. Thoroughly researched company and promises were made to help veterans and disable clients.

They had to replace some of the molding trim and modify others after the new countertops were installed. They also repaired two of my small built in small appliances cabinets. They installed my sinks, garbage disposal, faucets and stove top. Everything was done in a professional manner and looks great. My wife and I are very pleased with how everything turned out. They were very responsive and the job was completed within three weeks from when I gave them the go ahead to start the job. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

We had Fiucci Builds Inc. put in two concrete driveways at our house. They gave us a detailed…read moreproposal with specific materials, work expectations, timelines and payment schedules included. They were able to complete the project ahead of time and did a professional concrete job. This included excavating the existing stone out of the driveway, setting forms, pouring a "dry" mix of concrete 5" to 6" deep, using wire reinforcement, adding a broom finish and sealing all concrete with a sealer. The workers were personable, polite, hard working and showed professionalism while at our job. I would recommend Fiucci Builds for their workmanship, competitive pricing and professional.
