I get that! Luke texted me on July 24th that they would be out next week and will let me know day and time. July 30th I replied and asked if he knew when yet. The next day he responded that they would be out the next day. They then told us we would receive an estimate in a week. 9 days later we received it, after my husband called and requested it. Since then, we have been trying to contact them with questions about the estimate. Messages have been left, since no one ever answers the phone, until yesterday. His message "got lost in the shuffle". Still haven't had our questions answered. This a big job involving lots of money. I think we'll be looking elsewhere.

As a new customer, I was especially thankful that they were able to fit me into their schedule within just a few days--a rare level of responsiveness that's hard to find. A crew of two talented landscapers spent the day at my yard and transformed it. This included pruning, weeding, planting shrubs, mulching, planting grass in some bare areas, and repairing a block wall around a bed. Their work was meticulous! As an example, after mulching, they manually separated and dusted the landscaping blocks around the beds. The shaping of all my boxwood shrubs was exceptional. My neighbors immediately commented on how great everything looks and what a stand-out job was done. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. The owners stopped out also. Going forward they will be providing my weekly mowing too. I'm very happy to recommend M&M Landscaping.

I had several verbal quotes on lawn installation. We decided that we only wanted half of the work done and gave the go ahead to do half the job. I came home and found an entire lawn installed. It wasn't what was agreed to. I feel that this was part of the plan--do all the work---then bill! Second problem: I had about ten 15 foot white pine trees installed. These are significant trees. Two of them died in the first six months. I contacted the landscaper and he refused to do anything. It is standard that large plants, trees, and bushes are warranted for one year. Not from this landscaper. I can't recommend using this business. Very bad experience. More work done than asked for. Lost more than $1000 on two trees that died.
