Job site was so clean after they were done, I was amazed. I had just re-stained my deck the day before and expected to see it covered in dust, but the deck was as clean after they finished as before they came. Kudos to the Precision team! My boyfriend's family was looking for a tuckpointing service to fix a crack spanning the front of…read moretheir brick home and also some repair work on the front porch. We set out on a Google search and precision tuckpointing was one of the first companies to come up. I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. This may sound like a bad thing- but we sincerely appreciated the honesty. Especially during this time of COVID-19, many businesses need our patronage more than ever. Having a company who knows what they do well and what is beyond a service that can be provided at a high quality level is a company we want to work with. They were able to complete the job with the crack across the from of the house and if you had never seen a before you wouldn't even be able to tell that a repair was made. They were very happy with the results and it has taken a weight off of their shoulders to know that further damage has been avoided by making these repairs. Very happy with the service!

Great communication with what will get done and when it will get done. They're extremely busy so they first had us booked for a few months out, but due to a cancellation they were able to make it the following week and I jumped at the opportunity. Their team rebuilt our front porch, repaired broken arches, fixed several window lintels, and repointed a lot of worn out mortar around the exterior. The guys were all incredibly professional, and the craftsmanship is excellent and a great value. Everything turned out great, and it gave us wonderful peace of mind to have these major repairs completed before getting settled. We have been thoroughly enjoying our home ever since. Highly recommend their crew to anyone in the Cleveland area looking for quality masonry work!
