Originally when I called to schedule someone to come out and hang our lighting the receptionist quoted me a price and said that they usually send two men out and it's typically $75. I get the bill in the mail and they have charged me $275 for service.... 1) it was a fairly easy job 2) it took roughly 2 hours 3)it was a small light to hang so here I am wondering why would I be charged $275 for service? I called and spoke with the manager and he once again acted as if I should have known about the trip charge, service for two men, etc. when in the beginning when I asked, the receptionist mentioned none of this, mind you we live within walking distance of the business. I will not be using this company again.
