Then, unless you have been regularly appearing at the Doctor's office, you are not recognized when you ask for appointment because the Doctor's system apparently forgets you in three years' time. If after the system has forgotten you because you have not needed a Doctor in three years, you are then treated as a "new patient" and data-mined all over again. Dr. Lunding seems to be a kind of broker who has many underlings she refers you to when you have a medical problem. To be in her presence is to compete unsuccessfully with her computer screen.

Dr. Miller is one of the best doctors in our experience, but his staff have a lot to be desired…read more Test results misplaced........forcing us to wait weeks to get results while they tell us to NOT call and check on the status after more than 2 weeks waiting to hear from them - a "don't call us we'll call you" type of thing. The rudeness and feeling like a number or feeling that our fears are unimportant are ridiculous. Let's not even get me started on what they did to my spouse when he tried to get an appointment with Dr. Miller. Not professional style behavior considering most of the time we are waiting 2 hours or more to see the doctor since he is always running behind. I see that with a silver lining though......he spends a lot of time with each and every one of his patients and is not afraid to blow the schedule to smithereens just so he can spend extra time with each patient. Hats off to Dr. Miller for that. Several doctors are like an assembly line - in and out with zero bedside manner. All in all, we will be taking our business elsewhere since most of the bad experienced with the staff just doesn't make it worth it to us anymore. My daughter is now in her 2nd year of college but since she is not 19 yet she still needs to see a…read morepediatrician. Dr. McGregor has been her doctor for about 5 years. Fortunately my daughter is healthy and we don't need to visit her often. Typically we see Dr. McGregor once a year for her annual check up and whenever my daughter needs to have her school forms singed. Last year when my daughter brought a form from school to clear her for athletic activities, Dr. McGregor sent her for a cardiac consultation and to proceed very expensive cardio tests just to confirm that everything looks normal and there is no restrictions on my daughter to participate in sports activities. Reasoning behind - my daughter had a Kawasaki's disease over 10 years ago - no side effects after hospitalization and treatment. This year, we ran into the same situation ... Dr. McGregor decided to send us to a cardiologist to have my daughter undergo an exercise stress test before she gives her clearance to play sports. To me it appears that Dr. McGregor is looking for business and I don't appreciate this.

However, since he retired I have been transferred to at least 4 different medical providers. I've had no complaints until recently because I usually only visit this office once a year. The current front desk staff(Marisol and the new heavy set one with a terrible attitude) always seem to be miserable. I dread calling the office because I know I will most likely be greeted rudely and made to feel as though I am a burden. Questions are not encouraged and when I've sought out further clarification the response I've received was one of annoyance. Any requests for a phone call with my provider have always been declined and my only option has been to schedule an appointment even if an appointment was not necessary. It seems that this practice is money driven and if they do not feel your medical concern is a priority, they make it very clear by their lack of patience with you. It's too bad that the lack of customer service and rude front desk staff who represent this practice have such a negative impact that one would walk away from 25 years of care for a new provider who is welcoming and attentive. Big difference! I hate to say it but I think the fact that this practice primarily serves patients from lower socio-economic backgrounds impacts the quality of care provided and the general attitude of superiority and disregard for patient care, which can be seen in their lack of respect for even basic human interaction. I also think that they are so used to treating patients with Husky insurance, that they are not sensitive to the financial needs of patients with co-payments and/or deductibles who might not be so eager to be seen when a solution may not require an office visit. Mona Chiurillo, APRN has been pleasant and helpful. She's definitely an asset. Also, her MA is always very kind, friendly and helpful. Unless you have no other choice, I wouldn't recommend this practice!
