From start to finish I felt heard and taken care of. One of my biggest pet peeves is a stylist painting your forehead with coloring and not removing it completely before you leave the salon. On top of that, the receptionist who processed my payment was noticeably rude and unprofessional. After sharing my honest feedback in a review, I later discovered my account had been disabled, preventing me from booking future appointments with my regular esthetician. That response feels unfair and unprofessional, especially for a business that expects strict adherence from clients while not offering the same level of accountability in return. Constructive criticism should be welcomed, not punished. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I view the business.
