This gym is truly one of a kind. It has become a second home for my daughters and I, and the impact it's had on our confidence and strength is incredible. My middle daughter started with the summer camp with Coach Mishel and Coach Ed, and I was blown away by how hands-on it was. Unlike other camps, they blend STEM activities with martial arts and take the time to know every child on a personal level. Seeing her thrive there was the start of our journey here. My oldest daughter began with the women's kickboxing class and has since expanded into Jiu-Jitsu. Her athleticism and confidence have grown exponentially, and now both she and my middle daughter train jiu-jitsu multiple days a week. As for me, I've become a religious regular at the women's kickboxing class. Every woman should join this! Bo is one of my favorite instructors; he gave me the confidence to keep showing up. I learn something new every single time while constantly sharpening my current skills. I've since branched out into Thai pads, bag classes, intro to fighting, and Muay Thai. A few more shout-outs to the amazing team: * Coach Ed: His strength and conditioning classes are tough, but the results are undeniable. * Coach Riley: He is so patient and kind. I take his bag class and learn so much. Let me start off by saying I'm the parent that's overly protective of their child. I don't trust many with my kid when leaving him in their care to be supervised. However the sense of comfort I have with Systems Training Center is so rewarding for me. Systems Training Center offers a variety of classes for kids however, their camp option is the absolute best! I've been training at Systems Training Center for two months now, and I absolutely love it! I mainly take the Bang Muay Thai classes, taught by Coach Mark, Marcus, and Bogarth -- each bringing their own unique and valuable teaching style. Coach Bogarth brings a fatherly energy to his classes that makes them both fun and challenging. He kicks things off with cardio (which I dread but secretly appreciate), and it gets your blood pumping and your mindset right. Coach Mark is incredibly technical and sharp -- probably because he's actively fighting. He teaches with a tactical mindset and helps you understand how to read your opponent and counter strikes effectively. Coach Marcus starts his classes with dynamic movement, which I love. His sessions blend technical skill with real-world self-defense applications, helping you connect what you're learning to real-life scenarios. The Krav Maga, bag work, and Thai pad classes have been amazing as well. Coach Marcus, Riley and Bogarth really focus on technique -- Riley especially emphasizes proper form to prevent injury, which I appreciate so much. He also breaks down why you're doing each movement, which helps you retain the information and execute better. The entire gym has a family-like atmosphere and everyone is welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. We absolutely loved this Summer Camp! It was a total game changer for us, and my daughter had the best time. She was excited to go every morning, and always came home happy, tired, and full of stories about what she did and learned. I also appreciated how Coach Michelle kept us in the loop each week with what the kids would be doing. What stood out most was how active and engaging everything was- no screens at all. This place is fantastic! Our family does the ninja classes, kickboxing and ju jitsu for kids and ju jitsu, strength and conditioning and Bang Muay Thai for adults. All of the classes are fantastic. The trainers are patient but focused and good at handling multiple people/students at a time. They pay attention to class sizes to make sure it's not too crowded and keep the schedule organized so it's easy to use their system for scheduling. Highly recommend! read more

I am SO happy I finally found this gym! I have been itching for some Jiu Jitsu/Muay Thai after years of absence. So while trying different gyms to start my 5 year old son at, this gym just felt right. They have a stellar kids program..perfect class size, excellent instruction and care. Marcus is so patient and perfectly stern. Same with the adult classes. I feel challenged and also comfortable while just starting up again. I'm also very excited to try many of their other classes from strength training, etc. Also, the front desk staff Neta (sp?) is exceptional at providing clear communication and information on membership details and to any questions or concerns. This place is great!!! There are classes for adults and kids. I signed up my 6 year old for a complimentary gymnastics/ninja class. The most important thing any parent looks for when signing up their child in any class is how the instructors interact with the kids, and they were all amazing!! I was sold!! This is amazing gym! I've been coming here for a little a year now, taking classes that include CrossFit, HIIT, and Olympic Weightlifting! Since I started I've lost some weight but what really mattered to me was getting stronger. I've come a long way since I started from lifting only a bar to now lifting 100 pounds! The trainers are amazing, they get to know you and acknowledge your improvements. They are all very knowledgeable about the movements and patient with teaching and getting you to where you want to be. It's very difficult and it never gets easier but you definitely get better at it. Really great spot to get fit and learn self defense. As a busy professional, I was looking for a place that I could kill two birds with one stone and I have not been disappointed. Prior to the pandemic, the gym was teaching specific self protection classes for professionals that were not looking to earn a black belt in jujitsu but were just looking to master the 20% of combat skills that would take care of 80% of public encounters. Really smart and effective. Along with the physical part of the classes, they also had statistics to show why they were teaching specific techniques over others. 1. First of all, you are not present ALL the time at your gym as you would like people to believe. You are also a personal trainer ,and you do other events outside of the gym. You have other people teaching your class in your absence.So how can you be able to say that I "ALWAYS" take breaks on my partners turn ? Secondly, on the times when I did take breaks on my partners turn, I ALWAYS made sure to tell the instructor to take over in my absence so they can still put in work. The majority of the time, I took breaks on MY turn. 2.I took your advice and watched "ANY YOUTUBE VIDEO" I did not see people grabbing other peoples buttocks. They placed their hands behind the knee not hamstrings or buttocks. 3 times this young man placed his hands on my buttocks. The first time you were present and you said to him "Look where your hands are". His hands were on my buttocks, then after you corrected him he put them in the proper place, behind my knees. You stayed for a while making sure he understood how to properly do the maneuver. Once you felt he understood it, then you left and went to go help another student. The second you left the young man gets selective amnesia and places his hands around my buttocks AGAIN! I cautioned him and said " here" with a firm voice pointing to my knees. We do the maneuver again and he does it a THIRD time. I grabbed his wrist pushing his hands away from my buttocks and sternly told him that " You are making me very uncomfortable". If I had yelled as you falsely accuse me of doing, then why didn't you immediately come to my aide Marcus and come see what the problem was? I have no problem with Krav Maga being a contact sport. I have a problem being groped by a teenage boy with raging hormones and an owner who is blaming me trying to drag my reputation through the mud. In an effort to discredit me and make himself look like he is a concerned, caring individual.When in actuality all you are really concerned with is securing your reputation and INCOME. I even offered to give you a letter from my cardiologist which clearly states what I can and can't do. You indicated that you DID NOT need it. Do you think that all heart conditions are the same? Now you want to act like I was being disrespectful and selfish for needing to take a break. Tell me, Marcus, how is it disrespectful for a person with a heart condition to ask for a drink of water? When I was trying to be respectful and I asked: "May I go get a drink of water?" I was told "NO" Then you proceeded to embarrasse me in front of the entire class. You are no better than those people who knew about Weinstein, Cosby, and even Trump. They all blamed the victims instead of the perpetrators. It doesn't matter if the young man is 14 or 60 He was shown by YOU how to do the maneuver properly and twice after you were gone he STILL chose to put his hands on my buttocks.Not my thighs, not my hamstrings, and definitely not around my knees but my buttocks. 3. You can search me all you want to Marcus. It's NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS how many yelp accounts I have. I could have 5 different ones and that STILL would be none of your business. I signed up on March 10, 2018, at your place of business. The first review I wrote was written shortly after signing up. That was BEFORE this incident and your true colors were still in hiding then. Where is the confusion? 4. Yes, I've studied at ONE other facility and checked out another. It's a free country and I am allowed to do that.I gave them two stars, YOU were the only one who got one star. I wasn't groped at their facilities - just yours. I've trained with male partners at both places and never had any problems. They also didn't have an issue with me needing to get a drink of water during instruction . So the fact that you had the audacity to say I don't like being touched by men, is so ridiculously unbelievable and it is quite stupid. What facts do you have to back up that claim? I don't like being sexually assaulted by one. That's what I don't like. 5. You are also delusional if you think I would say " No hard feelings" to you over the phone when all you've done is blame the victim and try to cover up what happened at your facility so you can save face. Why would a victim who has been sexually assaulted say " No hard feelings"? That is what YOU said trying to cover yo ass. I even had to call you back after the first time we spoke on the phone because you had other things going on and you needed some time to THINK about this situation. After I called you back that's when all of these outlandish allegations came about. You've done absolutely nothing but blame the victim, and try to make your self-look like someone who is concerned about the situation at hand. When we both know that you are only concerned about securing your income. I have no reason to lie about ANYTHING that I've said and I've got receipts to back it up. I credit them from helping me become more accountable and more disciplined in my everyday life. The coaches and staff are among the kindest and most welcoming people I've met. I attended the Yelp Fit Club event here and then came back for a trial crossfit class with my hubby. I will say that if you are interested in MMA then this is definitely a great place to start! When I walked in they had two martial arts classes going and people in the boxing ring. I'm not much for wrestling or grappling or punching, but there were some girls in there killing it! Go MMA girls! I loved my crossfit class with Marcus. He is a great instructor. He showed us the workout of the day aka WOD. Rope climb, 25 squats, 15 pull ups. Three rounds. At first I thought how in the heck will I pull off 45 pull ups? I am no Rocky Balboa. Well you other non pull up peeps they have bands that hang from the pull up bar that help you do pull ups! I did 60. Yeah yeah! Haven't done a rope climb since high school. I made it but my leg is still chaffed owie. I was way more popped than I thought I would be after that workout. Definitely check out this place. They have a good vibe. Lots of people were doing back to back classes. That can only help your fitness :). read more

This is an ok gym, but I didn't end up joining it. The b.o. scent that assails you as soon as you walk through the door is unusual; I've never been to a stinky crossfit gym before. But this isn't a crossfit gym first; it's a martial arts gym first. The scent could be forgivable, but the real reason why this gym was a hard pass was the state of the crossfit area: It's small: ok. Not a lot of room for tall people with long arms: still ok. A cute little gym dog leaving fur everywhere: not ok. So dirty behind the weights that you can't see the floor: hell no. I forgot my nice Manduka hand towel there after my complimentary workout but was so skeeved out from the filth that I didn't want to go back and get it. read more

Whether it comes to skills training or just all around fitness, Systems has it all. My wife surprised me with a one month membership over the holidays and I immediately signed up for a year after that ended. With work, wife and kids, there is always a class available to fit my schedule. I have only attended the striking classes but they are a great mixture of skills training, working through specific drills and gut wrenching conditioning . Coaches are great at giving specific points and recommendations to improving technique. There are plenty of guys and girls of all ages in each class.
