Yes, I wasn't happy, but i was not trying to pick a fight with him - i just wanted to ask what was going on with my phone. He quickly jumped to the conclusion that the unresponsive touch screen, which didnt start happening til after the screen replacement, was due to my phone being slow due to having low storage (i have used about half of my phones storage capacity) and wasnt willing to explore any other possibilities. "Get rid of data and dont keep text messages forever." Thanks, i guess. He then hard restarted my phone, the touch screen became responsive again, and he didnt explain how he did it so the next time it froze i had to hop on a computer to look up how to do so: hit the volume up button, then volume down button, then hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Second, random things that I never had an issue with became an issue after getting it back like when I don't touch the mouse and the pc goes into sleep mode, it won't wake back up. I have to long press the power button and enter through bios everytime. Also, I can't type in the windows search bar, or Netflix search bar or a few others. Idk what's up with that, may be unrelated.
