We were quoted nearly DOUBLE what Velasco quoted us. Chris came out within 24 hours, walked the property with us and was able to provide a clear plan of action. He showed up on time and his crew of guys had nearly one acre of land looking nice again within two days! The oak tree was cut down and the stump ground down for safety, the chicken coop was weeded and all debris removed, and they even planted grass seed for us on our upper lawn that had been damaged by gopher holes. Chris is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to reach out again a few weeks later just to make sure the grass was growing in. We will definitely be using them again when we're ready for new landscaping projects!

Chris Velasco the owner stopped by and as we discussed the project i became comfortable that he knew what I wanted and could begin the 2 day job within a couple of weeks. We quickly agreed on the cost and terms and the job was completed as promised. Chris as well as his employees were very professional, clean and well educated on the work that had to be done. Chris himself would explain the process as the different steps took place. I can highly recommend his services. I would definitely use his services again.

There was not a project manager on site during the construction despite the request and photos of the workmanship. After 4 weeks of the crew attempting to construct a railing and not completing the project finally Kollin the project manager came out to take a look and stated that the work was so bad it would need to be completely tore down and reconstructed. He stated he could speak to Daniel the owner about it and get back to us about scheduling a time to construct the railing correctly. After multiple days of not hearing anything back from the company we decided to contact them to try to figure out what was going on. They informed us that they would be abandoning the job and would not be performing any more work. They had charged us a $1,500 deposit prior to starting the job and have not refunded us a dime. They left a massive pile of scrapes and now we need to hire someone to haul it away along with having someone deconstruct the railing and install a new one. It's crazy that a company would hire such incompetent workers, provide this type of customer service and pass the bill and mess onto the customer. We were told the project would take 2 days and yet at 4 weeks the job was still not completed and looked horrible. This was a huge waste of time and money. This situation was truly unbelievable! I've never experienced anything like it and hopefully never will again. My

He made great recommendations. He Took my husbands contact info and said he would send An estimate on Friday. That was 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard from him since. I'm very disappointed. He had some great ideas. I would understand if the job is too big or too small, just tell the customer that and not lead them on. Very unprofessional. In Response to owner's reply. We recently engaged PM Landscaping for a significant paver and hardscape project, and I wanted to share our experience. We collected detailed estimates from four companies. Paolo's bid came in on the higher end, but we selected PM Landscaping for reasons that proved exactly right. From the first conversation, Paolo and his team were unusually responsive -- to our questions, our ideas, and the nuances of a historic property like ours. Finding a contractor whose design sensibility actually fits a century-old estate isn't easy. Paolo understood that immediately. We also had a tight window -- work had to be completed between event seasons -- and Paolo gave us the highest degree of confidence he could deliver on time. He also offered the best integrated approach to tying the new hardscape into parallel garden improvements, which mattered a lot to us. The result: on time, on budget, and beautifully executed. The finished work looks like it's been part of the property for decades -- exactly what you want on a historic estate. Every member of his crew -- including Roselyn and Julio -- was professional and considerate throughout. That matters on a property like ours. I would not hesitate to work with Paolo again, and I recommend PM Landscaping without reservation to anyone seeking resort-grade hardscape and landscaping work.
