A good mechanic, or computer tech with diagnose first, because they have vast experience and replace one part, and Walla your car starts or your computer network works. Lotek doesn't work like that, they suggested you replace this and that and buy new equipment, which isn't even the problem at all. Some people should just stick to what they know. Computers are one thing and networking is another. Also be ready to babysit his child while he's working on your problems because he will bring his daughter along who is a handful.
