The receptionist made it her mission to get me in for both appointments and really took a lot of stress off me since I was trying to coordinate from two hours away. My trial appointment went great, and the pricing was more than fair. The day of the wedding, Katelyn did double duty. She styled my hair AND kept me calm by chatting me up as she did so. The fact that everyone is so kind and warm makes it a really enjoyable place to be. Their website says they treat their clients "like family", and that's definitely the vibe here. Unfortunately, the whole experience felt very rushed. I sat with my feet in the water for about five minutes before anyone came over, and the entire pedicure took less than 20 minutes. My nails were cut way shorter than I wanted, and I wasn't even asked how short I wanted them. The sides of every nail were also cut, leaving them really pointed. The color I picked from the gel board also looked nothing like the color I ended up with. On top of that, the place didn't seem very clean, and there was no liner used in the soaking tub. I paid $50 for a service that wasn't even 25 minutes long, and unfortunately, my nails were cut so short that I can't really have them fixed. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend this place.
