I'd called a few hair salons prior to Hair Dreams, and none of them provided the kindness and customer service that Melody's salon provided. The receptionist made it her mission to get me in for both appointments and really took a lot of stress off me since I was trying to coordinate from two hours away. My trial appointment went great, and the pricing was more than fair. The day of the wedding, Katelyn did double duty. She styled my hair AND kept me calm by chatting me up as she did so. The fact that everyone is so kind and warm makes it a really enjoyable place to be. Their website says they treat their clients "like family", and that's definitely the vibe here.
