Food seems better than US standards with plenty of coffee, drinks, tea and a huge bar. Travel coordination at the entrance and a very international clientele. Best of the best is to be able to take a shower while you have a four hour layover. Individually shower suites are well stocked and very nice. Plenty of staff to keep things cleaned up.

The lounge is stunning. It's huge, bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer some great tarmac views. The decor was solid - I think I read the words "premium corporate" somewhere lol.. Vintage photography, some cool tree decor, blues, golds, etc... Overall a sophisticated and welcoming vibe. The service was definitely proactive and polished. From the warm greeting at reception to the attentive staff who are constantly clearing plate and restocking the buffet, I felt well looked after. A special shoutout to the shower suite attendants. The facilities were immaculate. I had been up all night trying to time my inner-clock & avoid jet lag, so the warm shower was perfect before my flight. The food was solid, but not terribly exciting. Given the reputation of this lounge, I was expecting a bit more variety, but was met with a standard English breakfast. There wasn't much in the way of elevated options, though it was tasty nonetheless. And the bar was beautiful, though nobody was really partaking given it was 6:30 in the morning. We ordered the Paneer Dry and the Lamb Chops with Garlic Naan. Food was delicious. For drinks we started with a couple beers and then went for a Long Island Ice Tea and Mojito. These were amazing drinks. One man came up to us and explained the LIT would be a bit longer because the person who makes bar drinks was still coming in and he wanted to make sure I got a good drink rather then just making it himself so that was nice of him. The hookah was real good too. We got two heads one was something Ramsey recommended with Skittles and the second was a Mango/Orange head. Both great. For the service, I can say this is one of the best places. From walking in to walking out Ramsey was a great server/host. He asked multiple times if we were okay and always came by to fix the hookah. He always had a smile on his face which made the vibe even better. Also played great music for us. We stayed for almost 3 hours. They were out of plates, out of utensils, and even the beverages coming out of the refrigerator weren't cold. Overall, it just didn't feel worth the wait to get into the lounge. I came here from the plaza lounge after seeing pictures online and noticing that they had more food options, haha. And I was right! There was also another hot foods section which had green beans (went well with everything), parsnip puree (this was just okay), Tilapia in tomato sauce (quite large filets of tilapia! I'd have savored it more, but I'm not a fan of tomato sauce), rice, and some great butter chicken! The chicken was perfectly cooked, so soft and just fell apart so well. I can't even! Even the curry was really good, I was pleasantly surprised! This was a good meal! There was also a salad bar (which even had crumbled cheese unlike the other lounges I've been to), the snacks included a cheese board with 3 different cheeses (!), some meats, sandwiches, some meat, and crackers too. Their desserts looked really appetizing - carrot and spices cake, pound cake, and a pie - and I had a hard time resisting it! The bar area was a little small though, and got crammed when too many people all went around the same time. Appreciate the bottled water!
