Italian: Funghi Sauce, Pasta, Marinara Sauce

Tldr; AMAZING FOOD! Lots of options (healthy and not as well), Stable WiFi, Spacious! Better than the Plaza Premium Lounge This is definitely one of the good lounges at Heathrow T4. I came here from the plaza lounge after seeing pictures online and noticing that they had more food options, haha. And I was right! They definitely had much better food, I wish I'd gone there earlier than 7:30pm! There was an Italian section which had pasta, marinara and funghi sauce. There was also another hot foods section which had green beans (went well with everything), parsnip puree (this was just okay), Tilapia in tomato sauce (quite large filets of tilapia! I'd have savored it more, but I'm not a fan of tomato sauce), rice, and some great butter chicken! The chicken was perfectly cooked, so soft and just fell apart so well. I can't even! Even the curry was really good, I was pleasantly surprised! This was a good meal! There was also a salad bar (which even had crumbled cheese unlike the other lounges I've been to), the snacks included a cheese board with 3 different cheeses (!), some meats, sandwiches, some meat, and crackers too. Their desserts looked really appetizing - carrot and spices cake, pound cake, and a pie - and I had a hard time resisting it! The bar area was a little small though, and got crammed when too many people all went around the same time. Appreciate the bottled water! They had good WiFi, it didn't flake on me even once in the 3 hours I was there(unlike the Plaza Premium WiFi). They had a variety of seating options too, and it was so nice and spacious. I loved the open seating setup and it didn't feel like people were just invading your privacy. Wasn't too crowded either, and perfect to spend a lot of time there. The staff didn't seem like they cared if you were there longer than 3 hours.

Guest because of United. I use the lounge regularly Opposite Gate 10 Tasty English breakfast so can skip the airline food Plus: abundant power outlets Small Gripe: Wi-Fi access requires completing a tedious survey. Beyond reasonable. Overall Good. Operator could visit Lufthansa's lounge in Frankfurt for model lounge with amenities. If you think this review with photos is useful, funny or cool, I'd appreciate your feedback below.

Great airport lounge! As a Delta Platinum member, I may not have gotten upgraded on my flight - - but my experience here was great! First of all, I love that they have a little Clarins spa area with showers. The shower was much needed and very refreshing. There is shower gel and soap inside, the attendant will provide you with a towel, shower cap, and/or dental kit if you need. Plus the private shower room area was larger than some other airport lounge shower rooms I've been in (AMS). Then to top it off, the attendant recommended a complimentary 20min choice of a Clarins facial or massage. Duh - I went for the massage. And even only 20min, it was still a heavenly treat for my back, neck, and scalp. Complimentary wifi Medium assortment of foods: breads, croissants, yogurts, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs Juice assortment sodas & water various wine and some hard liquor Plenty of seats inside with a large open window for viewing. My time waiting for the flight went very fast here.

Nothing like a preflight rye and ginger.

The Skyteam lounge is available to any status-holding Skyteam member when traveling internationally. It is an oasis of quiet calm with lots of seating on level 2. Whenever I fly from heathrow I will have already had a three hour car service ride south from Nottingham. Being able to Cathy breath and relax before boarding for an hour or two is wonderful before crossing the Atlantic. Best lounge at heathrow. Thank you Delta.

Ahh Delta, you have outdone yourself again.....plastic food and staff that would rather be anywhere else....oh did i mention a line at the men's toilet due to 1 functioning urinal! Nice!

The lounge was easy to find although the check-in experience was a little odd. Upon presenting my boarding pass, the woman at the entrance said something about my airline status qualifying me for Clubrooms (adjacent to the No1 lounge and owned by them) instead. As I understand it, it's supposed to be a little more upscale and is adult-only with à la carte food ordered from a server in lieu of buffet fare. It was a totally adequate lounge experience; comfortably roomy and nicely decorated. I was there during breakfast and wasn't super excited by the menu but ordered a bagel with pastrami for some sustenance during my flight. It was horrible tbh, but as a NY Jew I admit my standards are a little high. I had a glass of vinho verde as well which was lovely. They did have some self-serve pastries; I had a pain au chocolat that was actually pretty excellent. Would I personally visit again? Absolutely with PP - who can possibly complain about free food/bev and a nice place to relax before a flight. Do I think it's worth paying the staggering £48 for? Certainly not. Food-wise, I think I would have preferred the buffet in the standard lounge (which also happens to be about 10 quid cheaper). TL;DR - nice lounge, on the nicer end for Europe, excellent compared to the US, meh compared to Asia

5 Stars for the best airport lounge I've ever been to…read more To put this in the same category as most airport lounges is to do it a disservice. It feels part upscale restaurant, part members club, part bar, part swanky lounge. My favorite part is the fact that there are different areas with distinctly different seating and atmosphere. When you're stuck waiting for a delayed flight (or just arrived absurdly early in case of traffic), the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse will keep things from feeling stale. And the separate entrance/security lines? -Chef's kiss- I didn't make use of the spa treatments or Dom, but had a fabulous breakfast and strolled up to the rooftop garden for some sunshine before my transatlantic flight. Now that most airport lounges are filled to the gills and feature the saddest cafeteria-style food, this clubhouse is an oasis and could be a great model for future lounge differentiation. Though this ticket class is a once-in-a-long-while splurge, it made the price feel a little less insane.

Reason being relative to the amount of traffic this terminal gets, the lounge capacity is very limited. The waitlist can be up 45+ minutes and it's not guaranteed that everyone on the waitlist can enter before they need to board their flight. This time it appeared they were giving some priority to people who had to board sooner as long as I was willing to share a table with another customer. In this lounge the staff assign seats to each customer which isn't something you usually see, though made sense based on the small size. Since I had only about 15 minutes prior to boarding time I wasn't choosy about comfort, really just wanted to grab a quick breakfast prior to getting on the flight, so this was fine by me. There's a small bar with breakfast selection of the day being "English breakfast" items: scrambled eggs, baked beans, crispy bacon, sausage. They also had some fruit/veg juices, pancakes (via a nifty little pancake machine), a bar with limited alcoholic drinks, and regular coffee/tea options. Functional enough for a quick stop though less comfortable than some other international lounges in terms of space, but still better than many lounges in the US when comparing quality of food.

The line was out the door with a 30 minute wait (and frankly not my favorite lounge, see my separate review of that one), and thankfully they told us to head to My Lounge which had more availability. They are both run by the same company, with My Lounge being recently remodeled and reopened (previously Club Aspire) in the past few months. Walking into the lounge it's decorated with a cozy vibe, think textured brick walls, warm jewel tone tweed textures on the furniture with medium wood accents in the floor and bookshelves, reminiscent of a modern family room. Seating inside looks roughly enough for about 100 people, at mostly lounge chairs and couches. There's decent spacing so that it doesn't feel too crowded. Check-in counter is immediately inside the entrance, at around 10:30am it wasn't too crowded, we were able to enter right away. Later on when we left around 1pm there was a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. Directly to the right of the check-in, there's a small, more private lounge room with seating for about 8-10 which is where we parked ourselves. Walking left past the check-in counter the space opens up to a bar serving liquor and cocktails, and a food bar along the wall. They had breakfast food set out, including yogurt, smoothies, granola and cereal, cut fruit, bread and mini pastries, and warm food including all the elements of a traditional English breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes. There was also a pancake station which I've seen at a couple other Europe lounges, and you can basically pour your own batter and it goes through a mini oven and pops out cooked on the other side. Around noon they also set out lunch food though we didn't end up eating much of that. Free WiFi is available and strong. There are screens scattered around the lounge with airline info though similar to other lounges no announcements are made, so you have to keep track of your own boarding time. Bathrooms are in decent shape. Normal hours are 5:00am to 10:00pm. Not a bad place to spend a few hours, would def stop by again if I lay over at Heathrow Terminal 3!
