SMH So we hired Don at the end of 2020 to put grass in our lawn .... I believe it was around 130 square feet. We paid a lot for this new grass. Don assured us that if any patches didn't survive he would come out and replace them. When a few patches died (about 5 patches within a few months) we called him and he flat out denied that he told us that. Now... half the grass is looking poorly and come to find out (from a real professional) we have two kinds of grass that Don installed! Very similar but two different grasses.
