The facility is clean and welcoming. There's plenty of room for several people to be receiving services at the same time. The equipment is state of the art and well-maintained. I have been at TheraCORE as a PT patient as well as receiving therapeutic massages. I was extremely satisfied with the people at TheraCORE as well as the services that I received. They not only provide excellent treatment to you, but they can also support you with merchandise that will help you practice your exercises at home so that you can progress faster. The office staff is also at the top of their game. They are friendly and helpful. Did I mention that they also have a sense of humor? When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you know that people are happy to be there. Well, the staff is happy to be there. If you are going in for a massage, you are also probably happy to be there. I know I am! However, if you are there for physical therapy, you may feel hesitant and dread going, because you know that the "physical terrorist" will put you through the paces. I have been there. I know exactly what that feeling is like. My experience at TheraCORE is that the physical therapist will guide you along your journey to recovery within a very systematic program. They know what they're doing and you will progress in logical increments according to your level of competence. They are also very good at listening to you and are respectful of your privacy as well as your feelings. They are sensitive to your needs and want to work with you as a partner for your optimal health. Follow TheraCORE on social media. They have posted exercises and suggestions for everyday activities as well as classes, like yoga. They also have promotions throughout the year for products and massages.

Since then my back has never felt the same and the imbalance caused a serious injury that has forced me to retire as a competitive athlete in a sport that was my whole life. My back will likely never be the same and I will require surgery in the future. If I could go back in time I would have never let Amy dry needle me, it is one of the biggest regrets of my life and will haunt me forever. If they offer to dry needle you here please think twice as the effects can be life altering and permanent

Not a big deal and not even time consuming. The disappointing issue was after 3 years of returned visits to Dr. Miller, the only advise he had for me was "let's put a different bandage on it (literally and figuratively) and watch it" and purchase a wider shoe." Seriously? My toe is sending shooting pain across my foot and up my ankle. Apparently speaking louder to me will make me believe the pain in the toe is not the issue. Very unproductive visit, so after 3 years of co-pays I am seeking a 2nd opinion elsewhere.

The M.R.I. didn't catch anything, but the X-Ray DID!!! That's when I found out I needed a total hip replacement. I got the surgery, and was told by the Ortho. Doctor to get p/t. Because of Lori's knowledge and expertise, I went back to Revolution! Lori totally helped me out! She is so very compassionate. I feel so very good, so very lucky and I'm walking a whole lot better now. I'm back to where I used to be. Soooo Very Happy! Thank You Ever So Much Lori! I came in for a moving injury on my shoulder a while back. He did an x-ray at his location and said that it didn't seem like there was a tear, maybe just less cushion between my joints. He decided to schedule MRI as "an abundance of caution". However, He didn't recommend a basic MRI, he recommended an arthrogram which in hind sight, seemed unnecessary. He recommended a local hospital as is preferred partner, and it was awful. The MRI cost me $700 and took about three hours versus a outpatient Quest Diagnostic type location that should've been 100 bucks and an hour. I never received the MRI results from the hospital. I recently received a bill from Dr. Mody's office for another $200 for my initial visit. I have yet to return to even go through the MRI results, partially because I don't have them (thanks Advent La Grange for wasting more time I don't have) and partially because this seems like a bill at all costs type practice. I refuse to go back if it's going to cost me $200 when any other specialist under our health plan is a $50 copay. Note- I gave them my insurance upfront so this shouldn't be a $200 + $600 MRI for a sore arm.

The billing representative refused to listen and continued to threaten to send my account to collections. A patient should not be asked to pay the full balance while Medicare and secondary insurance are also being billed. Doing so raises serious concerns about potential medical billing fraud. The billing department seems to have little understanding of how insurance works, and they refuse to contact the insurance company to verify information. Ever since the switch to Duly, the experience has been terrible. I will be reporting this situation to Medicare so it can be reviewed appropriately.
