I got home and iced but needless to say my knee swelled up to the size of 16in softball I had one more visit explained what happened but realized this wasn't the place for me and canceled the rest of my sessions after talking to my Orthopedic Doctor. There were a couple of good therapist there but unfortunately you don't get to pick you are just scheduled and from one not listening to one being 15-20min late I realized that 2 good ones out of the 5 I seen makes a bad experience and that this place wasn't for me

Sometimes 24-48 hour notice is not possible, but to be assessed a fee for trying to keep their staff healthy is really disappointing. Rigid cancelation polices, especially when working with pregnant patients who can have a myriad of issues arise, can result in loss of business. I'll be looking elsewhere to complete my PT. It should also be noted that while sure, most doctors offices have a 24 hour cancellation notice, most places value the health of their clients and their staff enough to waive cancellation fees when someone is calling with unexpected illness. Helpful to know that income is what really matters to this location! The cancellation policy reminders are incessant, but reminders are sent about appointments after you have already passed the 48-hour mark. For all prospective clients - please consider whether you may ever be susceptible to an illness prior to choosing this location for your PT, they are inflexible and have a much higher cancellation fee than any other practice I have visited across the spectrum of all medical facilities.

Unbeknownst to me she was allergic to my essential oil and ran around the office peering from behind walls like a caged animal every visit. It was extremely uncomfortable - first being attacked for monies before service rendered, then to being treated like a pariah for reasons not explained. All in all, it was a strange and unsettling experience. Severe customer service training is needed with communication techniques thoroughly reviewed.

Worst f******g massage of my life…read more Me and my fiancé just came out of a couples massage and we told them to use as much pressure as they had to get the knots out of our inner traps and upper lats as we both work out and are super tight. That's it. Instead they just rubbed our backs almost like they were embracing us and didn't use any pressure at all. Tony the therapist that did my massage spent the majority just pulling my legs and my arms and doing assisted stretches... I work in the fitness industry and help people do assisted stretches and and that was done poorly as well and the stretches didn't even make scientific sense with my joints which are bothering me now. So long story short. I was so sore and excited walking in but extremely polite and clear with what me and my fiancé were expecting and through the massage reminded both masseuses what we needed, which was more pressure and instead of listening they would move to a different body part. So weird. Then Tony asked how I was feeling and I said my lats and traps are still really knotted and hurt asked if he could help and instead he started doing assisted rotator cuff stretches? THEN the worst part is that he said sorry he was incapable of giving me a good massage because it was a couples massage and that I would have to rebook with him to go more in depth.... What a scammer it was super obvious that he was trying to not fully solve my problem to try and get me to come back for an another session so he makes more money. That's bad business and is a shitty strategy.
