Fast forward to September. Similar fuel problem. Brought it back and they put in a new carburetor. And charged me for the replacement. $90plus. No warranty, no consideration for a failed repair. Arrogant response from service, that I caused the fuel problem. Not impressed with this business.

Called to see what cost would be for them to complete, was asked make model and make of engine, was informed pick up would be $80, I would be contacted in approximately 5 days with cost. Mower all parts I had purchased for repair and 3 pictures I had taken so I knew where rods springs and bits were located. Seven days passed I called and was informed mower was just going on ramp would cost $200 and ready in 2 days. Two day later was called and informed they did not know why my machine was picked up as they do not repair this manufacturers machines. On payment of $80 my mower and parts would be returned no work done and minus pictures. I have now with the help of my brother in law and a you tube video of a one handed mechanic repairing my type of mower completed the repair A one handed mechanic could do what a supposed to be mower expert company could not complete. I searched all over the area for a storage facility that could accommodate a truck that size. When I walked into Lake Nona Self Storage, I was greeted by the nicest and most helpful lady you ever met named Tiffany. She spent a very long time with me explaining every detail of the facility and took me on a tour in the golf cart and showed the inside of several available units to help me make a decision. She was extremely patient and very very kind. The facilities are very nice and clean and well maintained, their prices are comparable or less than others in the area, and it is easily accessible because it is right beside Interstate 417 and very close to Interstate 528. I highly recommend Lake Nona Self Storage and, of course, the wonderful Tiffany!

This repair shop quoted me the cheapest price in the area to replace my iPad's screen. After my…read moreexperience, I can say that it's very obvious why. First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

Just got my Motorcycle Trailer back from a bearing repack. The posted charge for this service (1…read moreaxle) is $125 which is a fair price. The little trailer gets used only a few times per year but it had been 2 years since the bearings were serviced. Guess what? They looked at the bearings and said they were fine, the grease was ample and clean and did not need to be repacked. Charge was only $25. I saved some cash and they made a customer for life. A less honest business would of shot a bit of grease in and charged me the full price. Hard to find an honest shop these days!

Dropped my mower off on Friday mid morning in need of a battery, oil change and new blades. The…read moreservice department told me a full service as an option which included an oil change, air filter, Spark plug, blades, and drive oil, which was total of $350 plus a battery would be $70 since had a problem with it. I wrote down the quote so I knew estimate which could be off by a small amount. Also, I asked them to check the belt which wouldn't be covered, but they would give me a call to let me know if it needed to be changed. I asked him how long it will be and he said it shouldn't take long. Now, it is monday and I haven't heard anything about the belt so I gave them a call to see when it will be done and any updates. I was told it will be done either wednesday or thursday and said "no problem, thanks" and hung up. I decided to go pick it up without being service and do it myself because i need it sooner than the days given. About an hour later, I was that the service department to pick up my mower. Once I went inside, I was told it's magically done and was LIED TOO... after being told the battery was $70 it really cost $100 and I was told blades where included in that full service which was also a lie and cost an extra $63. After being told it was going to be $420 plus taxes ended up being $564 almost 140 more then originally quoted at drop-off.
