I attempted multiple times to find a resolution prior to leaving this review. We rented a tractor through Rental Depot two weeks ago to perform finish grading of a construction site. Everything was paid for days in advance and I coordiabted our work around the time the tractor was to be delivered and picked up. I called the Clermont branch at 7:08 the morning the tractor was to be delivered at 7:30 am to confirm. I was told by the manger McKenzie that the driver was runing late but would be there by 8:15 am. At 8:30 am when the tractor had not arrived and I had not heard from the driver like I was told earlier, McKenzieinformed me the driver was 15 minutes away and should be calling anytime. At 9 am I receieved a call from a driver that was coming from the Kissimee location who appologized for the delay but said the tractor that I'd had reserved for 5 days needed to be serviced before it could be sent out and the blades sharpened. I asked what baldes as I was using the tractor to grade and had not requested a mower. I was told I would not be charged for the mower to which I said that was obvious since I didn't order a mower and the driver would need to remove the mower from the tractor and take it back. The driver arrived at 10:15 am with the tractor and then me and my employee had to assist him with removal and loading of the mower so we could attach a box blade for grading. We were not able to start using the mower until 10:30 am which was 3 hrs after the promissed delivery time. I had also communicated with the slaes person the previous week that I had a trailer and could pick up the tractor but opted for the delivery instaed. Had the managerbeen truthful with me at 7:08 am, I could've gone and picked the tractor up. The three hour delay caused the work to bleed into the next day which caused me to rent a hotel for the night so I could finish the two hours of remaining work the next morning. The pick up was supposed to take place around 10-11 am and did not. I waited on site until 1:30 pm and still no one. I called and informed McKenzie that I could wait no longer and where I left the keys. I then findout that they've charged me a $55 diry equipment fee for the tractor. A tractor that I personally rinsed off and other than dirt on the tires was clean. I attempted to get the delivery, pick up, and cleaning fees credited and was offered credit of the cleaning fee and delvery fee and an in-store credit along with a 10% discount on a future rental. A rental that will ever happen based on this experience. The owner has since stopped responding when I told him that was not sufficient as the poor service cost my project way more than the $150 credit he was offering and the fact that the cleaning fee was unjustified.

If you go, make sure you see Cheryl at the front. She's been there for quite some time and knows what she's talking about. They can find just about anything for you, and if they don't carry it, she can definitely locate it for you. If you need hoses made up, they can make it for you in-house. It usually doesn't take them long, either. We also have them rebuild cylinders that we can't do ourselves. They have a machine specifically for pulling apart cylinders, and whether you give them the seals or they get them for you, they can rebuild them for you. Always great service. Again, make sure to speak to Cheryl, I can guarantee you'll get what you need if you talk to her. Oh, they also have free fountain drinks and popcorn while you wait :)

Fast forward to September. Similar fuel problem. Brought it back and they put in a new carburetor. And charged me for the replacement. $90plus. No warranty, no consideration for a failed repair. Arrogant response from service, that I caused the fuel problem. Not impressed with this business.

Called to see what cost would be for them to complete, was asked make model and make of engine, was informed pick up would be $80, I would be contacted in approximately 5 days with cost. Mower all parts I had purchased for repair and 3 pictures I had taken so I knew where rods springs and bits were located. Seven days passed I called and was informed mower was just going on ramp would cost $200 and ready in 2 days. Two day later was called and informed they did not know why my machine was picked up as they do not repair this manufacturers machines. On payment of $80 my mower and parts would be returned no work done and minus pictures. I have now with the help of my brother in law and a you tube video of a one handed mechanic repairing my type of mower completed the repair A one handed mechanic could do what a supposed to be mower expert company could not complete.
