The girls are professional, they work quickly, they do a great job, and they are always pleasant. They were our saving grace when I was pregnant and having health issues, and again when I was having back problems and couldn't bend at all. With four young boys, our house gets seriously disgusting, and I was super embarrassed at the state of it. But Lily's crew never made me feel bad. They took everything in stride and just got on with doing an amazing job. It is always a delight to have them come around. It is INCREDIBLE how much they can get done in an hour - you would be very impressed. If you have the money, get them in for a deep clean of the whole house. It is completely worth it. For the price, you can't beat them. They are trustworthy, more than competent, quick and thorough. They have a great work ethic, and your house will shine wherever they touch. They literally are cleaning from the moment they enter until the moment they leave, still mopping as they make their way out the front door.

It seemed like after the cleaning it would be dirty again within the week. It was frustrating enough that I had been talking about replacing the carpet soon. I didn't deal with the technician when he came as my husband was the one that arranged it and towards the end of the cleaning I could hear him say "You'll want to erect a statue in my name after this..." well, not quite but he went the extra mile, went over the high traffic areas a second time and I couldn't believe it when I came out of the office...our carpet literally looked new. I was afraid it was just an illusion and the wicking would start but it never did. We did have to dry the carpet with the blower the rest of the day...which he warned us about but it was just as clean when dry. I wish I had taken a before picture. It looked similar to the some of the ones posted here. I do have an after so you can see it looks new. This is a 5 year old carpet in a home with pets, teenagers and where we eat in the livingroom often along with our kids friends. High traffic with perfectly clean carpet under the furniture. Isn't clean carpets the point? I was glad that the technician cared enough about his job to do it right and it's obvious he takes pride in his work...maybe not a statue but an unexpected Yelp review might do it. :) We're planning on using them again for our 4-plex and other areas of the home.

Because of this, we had a chance to see our work in progress house in all sorts of disarray, construction mess, and filth. We also had a chance to meet the cleaners. Senga and his team were hired by our builder to clean our home twice--once for the preliminary walk through and once for our move-in. They did such a great job. We have been in the home for a week and a half and I felt completely comfortable moving my dishes in and cooking right away because they were so thorough. The only cleaning I've had to do so far has been from messes my kids have made since moving in. I am impressed by this company and will hire them personally in the future.
