We have cats who vomit occasionally and they of course go running for the carpet whenever they need to vomit. Within a year our carpet looked pretty awful. Thanks to Tyler it now looks as good as new. His process was very thorough. The companies I have used in the past would use one basic machine and they would be in and out very quickly. Tyler really took his time and he used a few different tools and very thoroughly cleaned the pet stains. He was also conscientious of the carpet fiber material and used a process that wouldn't risk damage to it. I also like that the products are pet safe. His price was very reasonable, he was very friendly and professional and I couldn't recommend this company enough.

We contacted Boss about restoration, and have been honestly astonished at what a great experience we had with them, given the nature of the disaster that connected us (ha!). Boss provided exceptional thorough service in order to mitigate any possibility of mold brewing in our home due to the water damage, but at the same time, they really tried to be as non-invasive as possible, too. I think they balanced this tightrope perfectly. We found them to be prompt, communicative, flexible with my schedule, and patient waiting for payment when the invoice got buried in my notifications.
