I had called several appraisers in the area and she was the first one to get back to me. I immediately had a level of comfort with her. She was professional and incredibly experienced but easy to talk to. She was willing to travel all the way to my aunt's property, about 45 miles away-- but can be several hours in traffic (thank you, Southern California!) Vicky handled my aunt's large estate with such care. My aunt and I were incredibly close and Vickie was working with very valuable family heirlooms-- that, at first, I was nervous for anyone to touch. Vickie was extremely professional and I had complete trust in her to handle these precious items. She provided a very thorough report-- and our estate attorney said it was one of the best reports she'd seen by far-- I think she's even recommending Vickie to her other clients now. This process was stressful and overwhelming at times, but we are so grateful for Vickie for taking so much of the stress off our shoulders. She has our highest recommendation and more importantly, our trust.

I picked up the repair jewelry today and it all looked excellent and they actually didn't charge me for one of them. Funny enough I had a break in a different part of the jewelry and brought that in so they can repair and just so happened to stumble upon something they had put out that morning and purchased it right then. Without even asking, they were kind enough to give me a discount, which was honestly a very fair price.
