This is one of the better hot yoga studios in the valley, in my opinion…read more One Tribe has been a round since 2018, and they offer a lot of different services in addition to yoga such as massages, cupping and FST to name a few! Emma and Elise were both helpful in checking me in. There are multiple bathrooms and one shower here to use. Lots of cubbies to put your belongings into. The studio is beautiful and relaxing, you can tell it's been well maintained! I signed up for the introductory offer which was two class for $20. You have 2 weeks to use the classes. I ended up taking Jason's hot vinyasa classes both times, one of which was a 75 minute class. Jason is very helpful when it comes to hitting the poses correctly and with good form. He is also very motivating and pushes you to try your absolute best! I felt great after both classes and highly recommend trying them out! I will definitely be back here for more classes and hopefully a massage too.

This place gets 4 stars and one star deducted because I had some trouble with the hot vinyasa class today. Read on and I'll explain. Jason, the owner, is really nice and I thought he truly embodies yoga philosophy. He definitely provided a lot of great lessons in his class today, so I really appreciated that. My challenge is that he went thru a few difficult sequences with us and then gave us free time to flow. I, for some reason, just blanked on the sequence as I realize I do need some simple cues to move me thru the entire sequence. It was fine, and I just flowed in the way my body wished, but I guess, I was looking for a little more instruction. Now, I know what to expect, so I'll be better able to freestyle next time. I didnt entirely love all the music choices, but it worked for a pretty intense, sweaty class! This is a gorgeous studio and I loved the design as everything was in darker hues so during savasana, the room almost was completely dark. They have a few bathrooms, so that's nice and also one shower room. The lobby is well organized with also a central bench so people can sit and wait until the next class starts or chill out after their class. There are also two massage rooms here and very beautiful. This plaza is always busy, with Ghost Ranch here and Landis Bike shop too. Parking lot is tight. If you're a new student, they offer 2 classes for $20 and that's a great deal! Even minus the special, I can see myself coming here as this place is super close to me. I also haven't practiced Mysore in a long time and would love to get back into that again. A wonderful solid studio, I'll definitely be back!

BE AWARE. This review is based on my personal experience as of August 2021. It is my opinion that…read moreis a religiously-based. money-seeking organization. IF TM is a valid practice, the "Director" Pratima, of the Scottsdale location provided extremely poor representation of this company. She claims to be a practitioner of sorts, yet demonstrated lack of professionalism and cultural sensitivity toward my own culture and beliefs. She also minimized my loss-related grief and felt entitled to call me "selfish" for verbally expressing my current emotional pain. TM is supposedly a meditation practice that has been "proven" to help destress, yet it seemed to have impaired her dealings with me. I call that HYPOCRACY. She was impatient and belittling toward me in front of a peer. She made provisions for my peer and allowed her to "make-up" a class via Zoom when she was absent. Pratima obligated me to come in-person for the class and I was not allowed the same courtesy although I had advised her that I was in incredible emotional and physical pain. I call that FAVORITISM. I was also obligated to view videos of the founder "Maharishi Mahesh Yogi." With the limited information I received about this individual, my perception quickly became that he was their religious leader. When I expressed any difference of opinion from hers, I was met with aggressive communication and was insulted. I was asked to shell out a significant amount of money to learn "the basics." They provided minimal information, pretty, colorful Power Point Presentations full of hearsay. When I asked to learn more scientific information the Director advised me their famous "advanced techniques" would be an additional cost (of course). They did not advise me of this upfront. After FOUR sessions, I felt I had been swept into some kind of money scheme. When requesting a refund (after FOUR SESSIONS), Pratima advised me that I did "not qualify" for one. I believe that such "practitioners" should practice what they preach. I don't feel this individual did, based on her horrible treatment of me. Never again. Learned my lesson. I don't recommend at all. RUN.

Highly recommend, TM has changed my life. There is no way I would be able to function in my high…read morestress job without the TM technique. Also, Andrew is one of the best teachers. Ask for Andrew if you get the option when you come in to learn the technique.
