I met Jessica through the yoga community and ended up winning a free online breath work session with her. My first session online she created a safe space even being virtual and made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. After our session, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time, I felt so clear-minded and knew this was the healing process I needed for myself as I was healing through the loss my dad and a bad break up. After the first session, I decided to continue doing more 1:1 breath work sessions with her. She offers them both online or at her home. Since living so close to her, I chose to do the ones at her home. Every time I walk in I feel I am entering a safe sacred space where I know I can be my true self and share anything and everything I am feeling with Jessica without any judgments. I met Jessica during one of her yoga sessions in Sunset Cliffs. Im new to San Diego and once I settled I googled things to do in San Diego....Yoga at sunset cliffs was one of the 1st things that popped up. All I can say is thank goodness that it did. I attended the Saturday morning class which was exactly what I needed great atmosphere, teachers and students. Then I began to follow Cory and Jessica which lead to a whole lot more wonderfulness. I had no idea what breath work was but I saw a post that they were hosting private classes in my mind I thought I'll probably relax maybe nap and walk out feeling good so I decided to give it a try.
