I came here not knowing what to expect and I can honestly say it was a form of healing I never knew existed. They welcomed me with open arms and provided me with insight about myself that I never understood. The office is so relaxing you find yourself saying and feeling more than you expect to! I am happy about my experience and I will return soon. I was the last client of the day and my healer did not rush me ! The session was full of intuitive and positive feedback! If you are looking for different methods of becoming your best self or healing fro' something or want to see into your future a bit I suggest coming here to see what can be unraveled! read more

I highly recommend Free to be Healed. Both Heather and Maia are gifted energy workers. My daughter has down syndrome and has had difficulties processing grief. This method is working the best. After seeing how well it worked for her, I decided to schedule myself to have a treatment as well. We plan on going once a week indefinitely. Having energy work done on a regular basis has been a game changer. It's a great way to ground yourself. read more

I was visiting Scottsdale with my best friend and decided to visit an energy healer. I didn't know what to expect going in but was committed to an open mind towards the experience. Heather was incredible; the clarity, the connectedness, the energy that she had and also the space she was able to hold for me to find those within me. I definitely left renewed. The experience and the impact it had on me are difficult to fully describe through words but suffice to say, I recommend giving this a try at least once and if you can, with Heather. read more

A beautiful conveniently located office. Inside you will find a beautiful sacred space carefully put together for intuitive, caring healing sessions. I've been coming to Free to Be Healed for nearly two years now. Megan and Heather are AMAZING practitioners. Very professional and heart-centered too. They both hold a safe neutral space for healing and releasing to occur. I've laughed, cried and everything in between while in sessions there. I've also attended special events and workshops at Free to Be Healed. Nothing is ever forced, everything is at the clients pace. The multiple modalities like polarity, cranial sacral, massage, sound healing, life coaching, thai massage make for a wonderful one-of-a-kind experience that is different everytime based on what your body, mind and/or spirit need. Whether you're seeking a holistic way to relax and restore or a safe place to embark on your healing journey I HIGHLY recommend Free to Be Healed. read more

These beautiful women changed my life for the better. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My son has been an especially "high needs" baby since he was born. He was constantly screaming bloody murder to matter if he was held, fed, clean, ETC. I had to fast walk pacing the house bouncing him to even get a CHANCE at him napping. I could tell from his crying something wasn't okay but was constantly told "he is just a newborn." I didn't take him anywhere and whenever anyone else was around him they would ask if he was okay. I was lost and confused, physically exhausted and emotionally drained, and I *never* slept. A doula friend referred me to Free to Be Healed, someone who lives in a different state on a mountain in nature who I trust deeply. I scheduled an appointment for my son who was 3 months at the time. The ladies at Free to Be Healed did craniosacral therapy on my son, used sound healing, and discussed with me what was going on. They were the first people to acknowledge that this was not normal and that he was indeed feeling more than the "newborn" adjustments. After the first appointment my sons behavior and happiness radically changed. He began to smile and laugh, to play, he slept with a bit more ease, he was defecating normally, and would sleep longer than 30 minute stretches. I scheduled a second appointment and after, my son was comfortable in his car seat (which he HATED before,) would hang out in his crib and bassinet calmly, and even fell asleep a couple times with no assistance. My husband and I were absolutely amazed. These women REVOLUTIONIZED my life. I am so incredibly grateful. Because we just started a family, we do not have much money to spend but if I had any I would be taking him back for more appointments, and even be scheduling some for myself and my husband. I will be asking for CST appointments as birthday presents and I cannot wait to see these women again. They are absolutely wonderful, truly magical. I thank the stars for them frequently. Thank you so much, Free to Be Healed. read more

I booked an appointment with Maia and was able to see her the next day. 'Healing' and 'safe space' really are great ways to describe the atmosphere at Free to Be Healed. She took her time with me, and I was never rushed (even though I was admittedly a little late and hyped up from dealing with afternoon traffic). I really felt like I got the spiritual healing, balance, knowledge, and spiritual messages I needed. What a wonderful experience! I will be back! Thank you Maia! read more

These are amazing humans who have created an incredibly healing and safe space. I started seeing Heather earlier this year, wanting to try something different to heal some deeper layers of trauma. She is a gift!! I cannot say enough good things. I don't know how the magic works, but it does. I left every session feeling so calm, seen, and cared for. The healing taking place would continue to unfold for me in the days and weeks to come after each of our sessions. I booked sessions regularly and Heather taught me how to listen to my body and let that be a guide for scheduling. The progress I have been able to make this year is astounding. My sleep has drastically improved, and the anxiety, panic, tension and grief trapped in my body- so many things - I've experienced significant resolution thanks to Heather. Do yourself a favor a book a session. Be open and connect with beautiful humans! read more

I have been seeing Heather for over a year now and I can not express enough how life changing it has been. In the most positive way. Heather is able to hold space, see and hear me without judgment. Her intuition with me is 100% on point. I've always consider myself slightly complicated and it's been hard for me to find a practitioner that can meet me where I'm at and actually help me. She also provides support outside of our sessions. Meaning, I'm able to call her in times of crisis too. Which is a big deal to me. I've been seeing Maia for the last two months as well, for massage and past life work. Maia is equally skilled and talented with her modalities! Maia has the same ability to see and hear me without judgment and provide a holistic approach to any issue I may have. I enjoy going to Maia especially after having acupuncture, cupping or any adjustments to my body. Maia is really able to help integrate that work with my body on a deeper, more effective level. Recently, Heather and Maia have both been able to provide holistic support to my dog. He has to have one of his leg amputated. Both Heather and Maia have been able to bring him ease with this transition. My dog also responds really well to their work. Much like myself, I notice a big difference in him after a session with Heather and Maia. I highly recommend both practitioners!!! For humans and dogs! read more

Where do I even begin? Every time I come to Free to be Healed, it is a different experience, in the most pleasant way. The first time I came, I had come in a time of distress and was searching for help. I stumbled upon this place and their message resonated with me. I made an appointment with Heather for the next day. I wasn't too sure what to expect at first after researching a bit about Reiki, but Heather made me feel at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. I left the first session feeling like a different person. I felt light, could laugh again, and just overall happier. It was a truly amazing experience that I will always remember. I have gone back a couple of times since then and will continue to see Heather because I can feel the automatic change after every session with her. Truly amazing! read more

To be honest, I didn't want to write a review so I could keep Megan and Heather all to myself for future sessions lol, but I have to give credit where credit is due. They are absolutely AMAZING. I have been to multiple sessions of Reiki and Cranial Sacral over the years but my first session (today) will forever stand out. I had a dual session with both Megan and Heather that combined Reiki, CST (Cranial), Life Coaching, Sound Healing, and Massage. Man! Best session of my life! They were supportive, caring, open, and honest. Both are super intuitive and in tune with themselves, each other, and client. They work extremely well together complimenting each other's style and bringing a very holistic balance to their work. I will continue to see them as long as I possibly can and am so excited to have found such amazing healers! If you are thinking about coming to them, don't hesitate, book now. They also have beautiful voices and sang mantra entwined with the crystal bowl sound healing to close the session. Wow. Just wow. read more

I had the amazing experience working with Maia at Free to Be Healed a couple of weeks ago. I really felt heard during my session - Maia was able to hone in on my concerns and intuitively recognized my issues. I felt safe and protected during the whole session. After some energetic manipulations I experienced a huge clearing and distinct shift in energy. Maia is compassionate, insightful, and a powerful healer. I met Heather briefly during my session as well and the two of them working in tandem was simply magic. I can't recommend Free to Be Healed enough! read more

Going to see Megan was such a unique and beneficial experience. She performed Reiki per my request and what I got was a spiritual healing as well as a psychic reading - explaining everything as she went along and saw visions of what was in store for me in the near future. I've had Reiki before and could feel the benefits of the energy flow almost immediately, but this experience was so much more than that. After she grounded me at the end to make sure I was safe to drive, I felt a day of low energy as my body was releasing everything, but the day after that I felt more alive than I ever have. I had Megan work on me about three weeks ago and the benefits of positivity I believe were a direct response of the healing she gave me. The experience was so good and powerful that I bought a gift-certificate for my roommate so she could have the same beneficial experience I did. Thank you Megan, for making me feel comfortable and cared for, and for removing the negative energy that was holding me back from success. I will definitely become a regular customer! read more

Megan was phenominal! My session with her was an unforgettable experience as I walked away feeling brand new, revitalized and completely balanced. Megan made me feel so comfortable and safe for ultimate healing to occur. She is extremely intuitive and listened to my body and energy which allowed me to release and recallorbrate. So much healling occured on so many levels. Physical pain completely went away, emotional trauma was released, and I feel more spiritually present and connected. Through this experience, I gained a deeper sense of myself and will definitely be returning for more healing from Megan read more

Megan is a truly gifted healer. She genuinely exudes love and compassion throughout the entire session. During my craniosacral appointment, she balanced intense physical, spiritual and emotional healing with gentle humor... this was much appreciated as it helped to settle my nerves! Being a trauma survivor, it's difficult for me to feel safe; especially in vulnerable situations involving touch. I feel absolutely safe with Megan, and in my own body, during and since the session. There is so much that I could say here, but for the sake of privacy, I will simply share that years of grief and pain were acknowledged and released by this beautiful soul. Her intuition is spot on, and I would recommend her to ANYONE who is ready and willing to be free. read more

I find that working with Heather provides a safe and nurturing environment. She is giving me tools to help manage a severe mental illness and coping skills to manage my everyday life. My life has definitely improved since I have been seeing her. I have seen several therapists throughout my life. She is by far one of the best. read more

I've seen Megan on several occasions for reiki, massage, craniosacral and polarity sessions. She's also amazing with sound healing. I feel like I'm walking on water afterwards floating around like I don't have a care in the world. She's helped me work through several issues that have come up in my life and process a lot of trauma. She is a healer in every sense of the word and highly intuitive. Her space is peaceful and serene and for an extra fe she has made time to come to my location as well on busy days. I would recommend her to anyone with any type of physical or emotional issue...or even just to feel better just because. Thanks Megan! read more

11/29/2016 Happy client update: Megan is a miracle worker. Do not miss out on her capable hands and healing gifts! I've been going to her regularly since I first reviewed her business, and each visit is truly remarkable. She has been helping me with a back injury that manifested as I began to break through some old trauma. I am literally growing new spine. It is uncomfortable, tender, and joyful. Depending on what my body calls for, Megan responds accordingly. Sometimes her touch is light, tender, and soothing. Other times it's powerfully deep, activating profound shifts and releases. It is always a mindful, present, and caring touch. She helps me move out the old junk and call in the light. I continue to become more playful, more rooted in my power, and more successful in my life as I work with Megan. If you want to see her this holiday season, book NOW! She is already very busy! Thanks Megan! read more

I booked a polarity session with Megan because I was experiencing a lot of energy build up in my feet. As soon as you step into the office you feel very cozy and the energy makes you feel safe to be open. Megan listened well to what I wanted out of the session and answered all questions that I had. While in the session she communicated with me what was happening within myself and what she was doing. I had a wonderful experience and learned what I need to do for myself moving forward. Even better I no longer feel a build up in my feet! read more

Megan is hands down a miracle worker! I came to see Megan a year ago for the first time after a friend recommended her. I no longer live in the Los Angeles area, but I always make an appointment with Megan when I'm back in town. The first session I had with Megan was life changing - a completely positive and healing transformation for me. She is perhaps the most gentle and loving soul I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Megan has a wonderfully calming and joyous disposition, and always gives 1000% of her attention and guidance to her clients. I have never felt more at peace than when I finish a session with Megan. I am so incredibly grateful to have found such a gifted healer. Thank you, Megan! read more
