These beautiful women changed my life for the better. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My son has been an especially "high needs" baby since he was born. He was constantly screaming bloody murder to matter if he was held, fed, clean, ETC. I had to fast walk pacing the house bouncing him to even get a CHANCE at him napping. I could tell from his crying something wasn't okay but was constantly told "he is just a newborn." I didn't take him anywhere and whenever anyone else was around him they would ask if he was okay. I was lost and confused, physically exhausted and emotionally drained, and I *never* slept. A doula friend referred me to Free to Be Healed, someone who lives in a different state on a mountain in nature who I trust deeply. I scheduled an appointment for my son who was 3 months at the time. The ladies at Free to Be Healed did craniosacral therapy on my son, used sound healing, and discussed with me what was going on. They were the first people to acknowledge that this was not normal and that he was indeed feeling more than the "newborn" adjustments. After the first appointment my sons behavior and happiness radically changed. He began to smile and laugh, to play, he slept with a bit more ease, he was defecating normally, and would sleep longer than 30 minute stretches. I scheduled a second appointment and after, my son was comfortable in his car seat (which he HATED before,) would hang out in his crib and bassinet calmly, and even fell asleep a couple times with no assistance. My husband and I were absolutely amazed. These women REVOLUTIONIZED my life. I am so incredibly grateful. Because we just started a family, we do not have much money to spend but if I had any I would be taking him back for more appointments, and even be scheduling some for myself and my husband. I have been seeing Heather for over a year now and I can not express enough how life changing it has been. In the most positive way. Heather is able to hold space, see and hear me without judgment. Her intuition with me is 100% on point. I've always consider myself slightly complicated and it's been hard for me to find a practitioner that can meet me where I'm at and actually help me. She also provides support outside of our sessions. Meaning, I'm able to call her in times of crisis too. Which is a big deal to me. I've been seeing Maia for the last two months as well, for massage and past life work. Maia is equally skilled and talented with her modalities! Where do I even begin? Every time I come to Free to be Healed, it is a different experience, in the most pleasant way. The first time I came, I had come in a time of distress and was searching for help. I stumbled upon this place and their message resonated with me. Going to see Megan was such a unique and beneficial experience. She performed Reiki per my request and what I got was a spiritual healing as well as a psychic reading - explaining everything as she went along and saw visions of what was in store for me in the near future.
