When you arrive, you find various photographs and artwork of all sorts of religions and belief systems, animals, creatures, entities, planets, symbols. I guess it's to "prime" you for your experience. You tell them what music you'd like to go in with and to come out. I chose "Just Beat It" by Michael Jackson going in, and "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga going out. I felt like dancing. Then, you see a medium. We called upon some angels, found the element that will ground me, and then I went in. I put on an eye mask, headphones, and she put a crystal and shaman rattles on my chest, copper springs in my hands. THEN IT WAS OFF TO THE MOON and more!
