Met a worker who agreed to wrap my car. The price was okay. thought it reflected the work and effort put in until I inspected the wrap further. Contacted the guy about potential solutions as we also agreed on a two week check up to pop air bubbles and look at the car. But they started to ignore me and I think blocked me. So might as well write a review and show their work.

Jerry and his team at Sync Wraps were nothing but professional and incredibly helpful in the process of getting my Mercedes GLE wrapped. The process to wrap your car can be overwhelming with so many options, colors, materials, and pricing; but Jerry was extremely communicative and even reached out to me on text with updates and suggestions to improve the look of the car. The paint on my car roof was badly oxidizing, so I ended up looking for a Car Wrap business on Yelp near me. I made a service request and Sync Wraps was the first one to reply. Jerry the owner was very professional, personable, and he was very accommodating while I wait in his lounge at the shop. He was working on a couple cars that day and he diligently finished mine in a short amount of time. He was able to wrap a shiny carbon fiber wrap on the roof, side mirror, and small lip spoiler. As well as chrome deleting my rear emblems, front windshield tint, and tinted my headlights. Those small changes made a big change on my cars aesthetics, so you'll get nothing but quality and great service from here. I highly recommend getting your car wrapped from Sync Wraps.

Got my windows tinted at Sync Wraps towards the end of last year 2023. The owner Jerry was very professional but also chill. I enjoyed the vibe at his shop. As for the service, my tint at the time was purpling and hard to work with which extended the job time but still came out great! Prices are hard to beat here. I hit up all my local tint shops & they were charging almost double what Sync Wraps charges. Had to make that hour drive . Prices are unbeatable, service is spot on. Looking forward to getting a hood wrap with Sync Wraps in the near future

I got my Tesla brake calipers painted by Sync Wraps in July 2020. For the SECOND TIME since then, the paint has chipped terribly. They had fixed it the first time, so I reached out this time wondering if they could fix it again. Texted them; no response for 2 weeks. So I called them and spoke to Jerry, who scheduled me an appointment for a repaint. I showed up Friday 6/16 @ 10am, as I was told to, and they were closed! All my texts and calls were ignored. If you didn't want to fix your shitty paint job, then just say that! Poor quality work, unprofessional service, and a complete waste of my time.

After 1 week to just do a chrome delete that was supposed to take one full day, they scratched my door which they "fixed" you still can see where it happened, also if you don't know how to remove a door, please don't do it. The speaker of the door got damaged, I had to replace it, also the door handle wasn't working I had to replace the whole thing because they "accidentally" cut a cable. The Jeep emblem has bubbles from the dip which they offered because they couldn't do a wrap on it, but it looks really bad, now I'm thinking to just replace them with brand new emblems.. Now after a few months with the chrome delete which it looked cheap and really bad ITS COMING OFF! I came to Sync Wraps because of the good reviews but I don't know if they just specialize in Teslas... clearly they don't know what they were doing. Avoid a headache and don't come here...

their negligence could have caused me and my daughter to get into a terrible accident on the free way . I had to get my car towed to tesla with only 2 lug nuts left on my right rear wheel I had a missing bolt for the brake line to the caliper and also one of the studs were loose on the hub . all the lug nuts were under torqued. They don't want to take any responsibility and told me to get a lawyer

Jerry and his team were great! Worked their magic to put on my PPF on my BRZ with a newly painted GR86 bumper. I hit up all the PPF shops and Jerry was by far the cheapest and they do great work. Sorta crazy when I came to pick up my car that he was working on a Bentley, Audi R8 and Model 3 compared to my $30k car . Will be taking my wife's Model 3 for a wrap soon. After reading the positive reviews on yelp i decided to give Jerry a try. His staff was professional and very attentive to what I wanted to detail my truck. He even called me to let me know that the decal I purchased from an outside company wasn't the right fit for my vehicle before putting it on. Best place to come and get a car wrap. I came in to get my hood wrapped beacuase of a couple huge scratches on it. Exceeded my expectations and made my hood look brand new. Ask for Jerry and I guarantee you will have great customer service and quality work. He is more than willing to work around your schedule and will give you a reasonable quote. Very easy going guy. Brought my 2011 Bmw 335i in and got the roof wrapped in gloss black by Jerry. Dropped off the car and came back to pick it up after 1.5 hrs and I was not disappointed. The wrap came out really nice. I chose Sync Wraps to install a clear bra on the front portion of my brand new Lexus. I found this place from Yelp, and I am very happy that I made this decision. Jerry did an outstanding job wrapping my front bumper, part of the hood, headlights, and side mirrors. He is very professional and responsive. I requested a quote through yelp, and he responded within 10 minutes. I also asked for quotes from several other places, but his price was the most reasonable. Jerry uses Suntek film that comes with a 10 year warranty and if anything goes wrong within a year due to workmanship, he will fix it for free. If you are looking for someone to protect the paint of your car, and you want someone do it right, use Sync Wraps. read more

She even explained the differences between the different tints and said when I arrive, she would show me the differences in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lex and she was awesome! She was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, by offering me bottled water, coffee and even a latte. As Serra stated during our phone conversation, she showed me all the different tint options and explained in detail what each option had to offer. She even went above and beyond and showed me a couple vehicles that had already been completed with new tint. This definitely helped me confidently choose the right tint for my truck. The waiting area isn't your normal waiting area at most tint shops or auto shops. This place is massive, with a modern design, open ceiling, polished concrete, lots of televisions, good music, air conditioning and plenty of leather couches and seating to wait in comfort. The attention to detail of the waiting area and business model that Mike's Tint Shop has, shows in the quality of work to whatever they are doing to your vehicle. I know 80% is a niche level because most people want dark, but I am in LOVE with the crystal clear visuality and the heat rejection is amazing! I love the soft luxury, OEM+, crisp clarity post-tinting. I love how it is almost invisible in the sunlight and darker in the shade. The install was clean, there was hardly any bubbling - KUDOS to the installer! They get extra bonus points because the film around the housing on my windshield is clean. That place can be difficult for inexperienced installers because of the curvature. One thing I ought to note, although it's not their fault. I made an appointment at 9:00 AM and I was waiting, along with another person. I had no issues with it because the person before me wasn't sure on what they wanted.

For our older car, we chose the 3M Ceramic, and it has made driving in it a huge improvement. We no longer feel the sun sensitivity we normally experience while driving (rashes even with sunscreen), which is such a game-changer. For our new car, we chose the 3M Crystalline, and it is incredible. I can't say for sure that this is what saved our windshield from webbing when a giant rock caught us by surprise, but it sure seemed like it. Jason was even kind enough to help facilitate a repair for us through a third-party their shop trusts, instead of going for a complete window replacement and having to re-tint our front. Their communication, customer service, product quality, installation, and pricing are exemplary, and their ethics are beyond reproach. You should definitely use OC Tint Solutions for your next tint job!

These guys are FRAUDS. I originally contacted Jerry to wrap 6 vehicles of mine with the opportunity to do the remaining of my fleet (another 20+ cars) if done properly. The pictures speak for themselves. Instead of understanding the value of quality work and longevity in a business relationship, this crook took our money and gave us a less than amateur quality job. We tried multiple times to schedule a "warranty" job which he made very clear before we paid, that we would receive for 2 years against bubbling peeling and cracking, but these issues came up as soon as 48 hours after we paid Jerry and received our vehicles. Even worse he cancelled our appointment to fix these issues both times the day before our appointment. This nightmare transaction lasted almost 60 days. It took them over 45 days to wrap 6 cars and the quality looked like my 7 year old daughter did it and even worse, there was a lot of paint damage done by careless use of razor blades on my brand new $55k Transit Vans w/ less than 100 miles on them when I sent them to Sync Wraps. They also loss parts and broke the rear hatch shock off and tried to hide it without saying anything. The list just goes on forever. It's companies like this who obviously buy reviews and compromise the legitimacy of this application. I brought Jerry 6 cars and paid for 6 full wraps, HE DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW VEHICLES AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON THE WRAP. Customer service was deceptive, quality was the worst I've ever seen and I have contracted out multiple wrap companies for my previous fleets as well as another wrap company to redo all the errors Jerry left me to deal with out of pocket. IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENTS OR HARD EARNED MONEY, DO NOT COME HERE. It's only a matter of time before these frauds are exposed. Jerry is an Awesome guy. His quote was the lowest out of all the quotes we received. Initially we were hesitant about return on investment with wraps. But Jerry answered every one of our phone calls. He responded to every one of my texts. He responded to each every one of my emails. You can not and may not find a better provider than jerry. Period!! Hats Off!!!. Highly reliable. Prompt on Delivery. Care to listen. Kind at hearth. I always want him to customer friendly, kind in listening to them even if he reach greater heights. I always recommend him. One advise to him is to hire a professional graphics guys who can proof read the designs for approval. I think he will eventually. Now he is one man army. He may reach to that stage one day. Business savvy. Customer friendly. I wish best of luck for his business. I also congratulate him personally to be a successful young entrepreneur. They claim to be the number 1 trusted shop in oc however they have played me for $8000. I dropped my mercedes g550 4x4 squared for a clear bra, and much more work however no clear bra was installed. Instead my car has sat there for a week and now I am caught between a employee owner feud. Jerry claims josh stole money, josh claims jerry has 4 dui and makes bad business decisions and can't work with him. I gave them $8000 in cash and now jerry says he don't have money to pay back. He wants to finish job but I have had my car sit there for 3 weeks total and all that was done is tinted windows and blackout. Bottom line If want the job done right and on time and you have a high end car, don't come here. Stay tuned for my wife's experience with this company aswell. Pic to prove money is gone. Exquisite, sublime, resplendent. These are only a few words that could describe this place. The first time I walked into this shop, I was speechless. The shop was insanely clean from the moment I walked in. I thought I was in a Bel-Air staged mansion with perfectly placed furnitures and a hint of petrichor scent that you could only smell after the rain. The owner Jerry walked me through what he would do to my car and I could see Chris's strong hands doing the magic afterwards. It truly gave me a tingling sensation watching them work. It was as if Michelin 3 star chefs carefully slicing every inch of perfectly cooked salmon(wrap) to serve to the only high-end customers. My experience with Syncwraps was unparalleled and superb. I had the pleasure of having Jerry a true professional go from originally inquiring on wrapping my rear bumper to doing my complete car. I had called several shops and either got no response, booked out for 2 weeks, or wanted to overcharge for there service. Jerry is a pretty easy guy to work with and educate you on the process of what he does as well as make and create details to make a difrence in the final project. I originally had my car wrapped by a shop in AZ but after Jerry had pointed out a few major flaws that I hadn't notice in terms of technique and detail, I was convinced he could complete the job to perfection. I will definitely reccomend and bring all my business to him. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These guys do quality work in a manageable amount of time. Great people and very personable. Manny is an absolute magician when it comes to his wrapping skills. My door handles are so clean, they look painted. Jerry made room for me in his schedule for the second day of my project and made sure that everything was perfect and up to my liking before installing anything. Been driving my buddy back and forth to get his gwagon worked on. When I first came to the shop everyone seemed busy and a lot of work was being done. However for the gwagon nothing really got done week after week. Now the owner doesn't complete the job and ran out of money. His ex employee has been telling us some crazy stories about this place that I wouldn't want to leave my car. Some shady stuff is happening here and I advise everyone to watch out if you take the gamble to give this place money. read more

Wrapped my hood and mirrors in carbon fiber. Looks GREAT especially because the car paint was looking bad due to weather. Service was fast and friendly.
