Very sad to leave this review because the physical therapists here are wonderful, amazing people…read more But I have received so many surprise medical bills from Baylor that don't match the estimate they initially gave me. When I talked with my insurance they stated it's because they are billing codes that aren't covered for me, but unfortunately I didn't find this out until months after the fact. Also, they require patients to do an exam every 30-60 days and it costs $497 per one hour session with insurance for me. Regular sessions are $350+ / 1 hour appointment even with insurance. Worth it if you can afford it, but it still seems unethical to charge this much for pt.

I had a wonderful experience with Kelly Frye at Speech and Occupational Therapy of North Texas and…read morehighly recommend her as an OT / Feeding therapist. When I had a hard time finding someone who could take my 8-month year old son for feeding therapy, Kelly got us on her schedule. She was a huge relief during a stressful time. Over the next several months, Kelly worked with him weekly on both OT exercises and helping him improve his muscle structure in his mouth to learn to chew his food rather than thrust it out of his mouth (which you can imagine is very stressful for a baby starting solids). She was a calming and reassuring presence each week. She taught me exercises and techniques to use at home between sessions and was always available if I had questions or concerns (I haven't experienced that amazing level of support anywhere else for either of my children when they've needed medical care). She would send me details on what to bring for each session which made me feel confident too. She was flexible with which location we held our sessions which helped this working mother be able to get her son to the appointments. Thanks to Kelly's expertise we made huge strides and helped get my son back on track with his eating and be able to add more and more foods into his meals. I am so grateful for our experience working with Kelly. Now that we've finished our therapy program all I can say is that I miss seeing and working with her each week. Highly recommend Kelly!

Imagine living in CA but having to find a PT place for your college student in TX, & having no idea…read morewhere to go. My 18 yr old had surgery in CA before heading to college in TX & I found Vista PT online. From the moment I called them to now 5 months later, they have been nothing but friendly, informative and helpful re appointments, insurance follow up, etc. Most importantly they have given my daughter excellent care! When she returned home for Xmas break, her surgeon confirmed the great PT work she had done while in TX at Vista. I'd like to give a shout out to Melissa in their office- she has been super helpful and kind.

Some of the statements in the reporting could lead the reader to think I was malingering: "patient admits..."and least one statement regarding my statement regarding the use of jasmine was simply prevarication.Needless to say I cancelled my remaining appointments and sought other treatment elsewhere.
