My review pertains to the dining experience only! It's with…read morepretty much everything these past two years we have had to be flexible due to Covid. I was told that most of the regular staff was out due to Covid related causes so that is likely why the staff was primarily temps. This facility regularly uses a temp service so it may not be very uncommon. The residents feel the effects of temp servers who may have never been a server and it's their very first time being thrown into it if you have a family member expressing concerns or are visiting family, just know all servers are likely temps and it's probably their first time ever being in the facility. Patience. Despite the companies staffing issues causing longer wait times, the dishes were routinely dirty. Cups were murky and had food spots, and other dishes weren't consistently clean as well. The quality of food in terms of taste could have been better as well as many residents were not very impressed (with lunch, breakfast was fine). I had no concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen and about food being safe to eat so that's a great plus. Didn't really interact with residents and their care but didn't notice anything alarming, another plus

I agreed to see one of the nurse practitioners and paid the higher fee for my first visit. She was not able to advise me on anything during that visit as she didn't have my bloodwork results yet. I have not been able to communicate with her at all about prescriptions since having my bloodwork run. The doctors do not communicate with patients through clinic's messaging system, unlike many other clinics. Messages are only responded to by the assistants. After much back and forth due to this, it has been almost two months without one of my agreed upon prescriptions being filled. One of my other prescriptions was incorrectly filled. After multiple calls and messages with assistants that were just following a script, the office manager called and insisted that it had been filled correctly and told me to go to CVS to handle it with them. The CVS pharmacist showed me how it was sent in and explained how it was done incorrectly. She tried to call the clinic but only only got the AI system. I have made more calls and sent messages since then. Today the office manager again called and insisted that the prescription was filled correctly, complete with a bad attitude as usual. She then told me I'm being fired as a patient. This is how they deal with their incompetence. This the worst run clinic I have ever dealt with.

This review is based solely off of my experience trying to schedule a speech pathology assessment…read morefor my daughter. In mid December I called (during the business day) and had to leave a voicemail. My call was returned the next day by a nice woman. She explained that she would verify my insurance benefits and then schedule an appointment for my daughter. She called back a couple of days later after verifying benefits and told me that my insurance covered nothing until my deductible and out of pocket had been met, so essentially I'll be private paying. I told her that was fine. We agreed to schedule an appointment after the first of the year instead of trying to squeeze it in the week of Christmas. She said she would call back after January 1 and schedule us. Since I hadn't heard back from them I called today, January 5 and tried to schedule an appointment. I spoke to a really rude man. He would not schedule an appointment. He insisted insurance had to be verified again because it's a new calendar year, even though my insurance has not changed and I told him I would just private pay. He also told me they were unable to verify BlueCross BlueShield because of technical issues and could not tell me when those issues might be resolved. In the meantime he told me appointments were filling up quickly and I'll be added back to a waitlist. I'm really disappointed! I was not told insurance had to be verified AGAIN if I did not schedule an appointment in December. I was not told I could not schedule an appointment without verifying insurance again. Why do they need to verify insurance if I said I will private pay? Why won't they go ahead and schedule an appointment while they verify benefits? This place is a nightmare to deal with. They therapy might be great, but it's not worth dealing with their office.
