I see Kevin Epple who always takes the time to sit down and have a conversation around my health; not just rush through so he can get to the next patient. He's incredibly knowledgable about men's health, hormones, aging, etc. I drive 30 mins without traffic to see him and it's totally worth it. Facility is clean and well kept. This place is the absolute worst. A friend referred me here, but I wasn't able to see the doctor he's been seeing for years. I agreed to see one of the nurse practitioners and paid the higher fee for my first visit. She was not able to advise me on anything during that visit as she didn't have my bloodwork results yet. I have not been able to communicate with her at all about prescriptions since having my bloodwork run. The doctors do not communicate with patients through clinic's messaging system, unlike many other clinics. Messages are only responded to by the assistants. After much back and forth due to this, it has been almost two months without one of my agreed upon prescriptions being filled. One of my other prescriptions was incorrectly filled. After multiple calls and messages with assistants that were just following a script, the office manager called and insisted that it had been filled correctly and told me to go to CVS to handle it with them. The CVS pharmacist showed me how it was sent in and explained how it was done incorrectly. She tried to call the clinic but only only got the AI system. I have made more calls and sent messages since then. Today the office manager again called and insisted that the prescription was filled correctly, complete with a bad attitude as usual. She then told me I'm being fired as a patient. This is how they deal with their incompetence. This the worst run clinic I have ever dealt with. read more

The funny thing to start, is that all negative reviews are blurred. Firs, communication from them is terrible. They do not answer the phone or return calls. This is not only from a patient's point of view, but also from my pharmacy. On several occasions, they attempted to contact the office and never received a return response in regard to a prescription discrepancy. There was no communication regarding bloodwork requirements prior to filling prescriptions from Dr Shiv or the office. Once bloodwork was done in office, no contact was related about an additional step until I sent in another request for the prescription. At that point, I only knew by checking the app. It was at that time the office advised they only use the app, but can use phone; however, will be significantly delayed. They also said due to HIPPA, they can't use email or text...which is an excuse since telling someone you have to do bloodwork or we can't fill it...is not a violation of hippa only medical details would violate. Very bad communication all around from this office. read more

"this guy is an ass, if the computers are too complicated for his intellect and no I dont have the time to talk to him Im too busy with a business to run as well..so probably just send him a letter and make sure his next appt is cancelled and filled" (Their 3rd party payment companies have been replaced multiple times in the past few years, front office staff wont return calls, and their automated system is not working properly 90% of the time) There are other items which I will be informing the medical board about the illegal items offered to me at the time of my appointments. read more

Integrative medical is the best one stop office I've ever experienced!! I was looking for an office who could help me w/ multiple physical problems. I was able to get all the help I needed not only w/ Dr. Frye & Dr. Aylor in chiropractic & Chris W. In physical therapy but was introduced to Dr. Roberson as a family doctor! My wife & I are now part of great family of doctors! If you are looking for a 10+ star office to help you w/ anything medically then Integrative Medical is the place!! This doctors office is impossible. Trying to get anything followed up on from refills or reading test results is a literal battle. There has been more stress trying to coordinate my care than there has been being sick. The scheduler is rude and has messed up my appointments a few times. The manager was zero help in straighten out issues and made things very uncomfortable. I highly recommend against going here. read more

I have been going here to the Chiropractic and Physical Therapy side of Integrative Medical since the current location opened; specifically to Dr. Frye. I cannot tell you how many times I have left in awe of how much better I have immediately felt after a visit with Dr. Frye (& his team)! He is extremely smart, personable and excellent at what he does! It is obviously that he really cares about his patients. It seems that you cannot throw anything at him orthopedically-speaking that he cannot help with. Also, I have had manual therapy with David that is a 20-30 minute muscle therapy massage focusing on a specific issue and it has bee great! The entire team here works synergistically together to offer maximum relief and healing! I very highly recommend them! read more

Dr. Epple has been our family doctor since October 2007 and has always provided the absolute best care, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. His demeanor and bed-side manner is calm, positive, professional, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. He genuinely cares and he makes an investment in the health and well being of his patients. His nurse, Yvette, is absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time with you, then Dr. Epple is someone you should consider visiting. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that values their health and wants a doctor that's holistic, empowering, and a true team player! Everything is great, but when it comes to getting your prescriptions, it's terrible. To summarize it, they don't submit your prescriptions when they say they do. When you call them, they rarely ever answer the phone. If you do get ahold of someone the front office staff is extremely rude and don't care about the patients. They need a more efficient office staff that does there job. I wasted my lunch break one day to drive up there to ask about a bill because no one answered the phone after calling probably 20+ times. Great doctors but need a new office staff. read more

We have known Dr Frye since 2010. When he opened this practice, of course we followed. Dr Frye and his team are the absolute best. Dr Frye has rehabbed 20 surgeries between myself and my husband. Not only is he our chiropractor, but he is our friend. His bedside manner is second to none. Our PCP is also here. Never any issues getting in to see him, either. If you are looking for a one stop shop for medical care, this is the place. He also has a network of doctors that provide the best medical care if needed. read more

Derek Frye, Kevin Epple, Donny and Dr. Heng are an amazing team who take a holistic view to solving health problems . My whole family goes there and I love that they truly care about you. Dr. Epple is the Doctor I'm currently seeing for low testosterone. He's very knowledgeable and progressive with testosterone therapies. He allows patients to administer injections at home and once you have your levels dialed in requires infrequent visits. I will say, however, that his office staff hasn't been as easy to work with. It took quite a bit of prodding over the phone to get them to ask my insurance to cover my testosterone, and it took a while to get a prescription for the brand form of HCG (with GoodRX Pregnyl is less than half of what compounding pharmacies charge). I get where they are coming from, as I imagine they have many patients who have odd, and incorrect, ideas so I don't hold it against them. Perhaps mom was right and I'm just the specialist of special snowflakes. The staff seems competent, but understaffed, as it takes multiple calls and days to get something done, like getting lab results or insurance approval for the pharmacy. If you wait for them to call you back you may wait for days or weeks, so it's best to be proactive in trying to get information from them. read more

Was a patient of Dr. Phillips in Coppell but followed the Clinic and staff to Integrative Medicine. Doc. Epple is fantastic to work with you through medical problems as they come up .. Great for keeping all your numbers where they should be. MEN you can discuss anything with him and he listens and asks questions to get you going again.. I am sooooo happy I got recommended to give Dr Phillips a try to discuss my health concerns and do a physical with him. I've been in the office twice and scheduling appointments have been easy breezy with me. The front desk is friendly and all the nurses but one are extremely helpful and polite. I have a concern with Ronda. She brings too much of an attitude for my pleasure and the last convo I had with her really got to me. She had said she had called me and that I kept hanging up on her. I told her I wasn't sure what was happening with my phone and I had only got one missed call from her. She then again said that she called me 4xs and that I hung up on her. Okay I just told you I wasn't sure what was going on so you keep accusing me of hanging up on you really doesn't solve anything. Why would I intentionally hang up knowing it was you when I am the one that's calling now because I want to know my lab results! The last 2 in person interactions with her were also with a lot of attitude and no smile. She just needs a little attitude check and this place can get 5 stars from me... Plus I just found out she has misplaced my chart so my prescription wasn't even sent the day she told me it was sent. She may have done that on purpose because she thinks I hung up on her haha. But regardless of that I highly recommend this place for any locals needing a doctor! read more

His recommendations have highly increased the quality of my life mentally and physically. Dr. Frye is fantastic also as well as Donny and the whole crew at Integrated Medical. This doctor is incredibly rude. He told me when I had no voice that I didn't have strep throat, but noted he wasnt sure what I did have, he sggested a medicine with codeine in it, which I am allergic to. He said that was the only medicine he knew of, andI could at least try it. Of course I didnt. Also, when I questioned him on this he said he didnt appeicate my opinion an he told me to take my business elsewhere. Good to know these were his feelins as me as a "piece of business". Dr. Epple is great. He listens well and gets me on the right path. I switched to him when Dr. Phillips left the practice. I used to see him for standard problems, like colds, but now I am making him my full time doctor. All my records are now being transferred to that office. The place can get busy but the office is still much more convenient than my old doctors office. read more

I previously visited this clinic as a patient of Dr. Russell Phillips in 2015 and was very satisfied with the experience. When I returned this year for an annual physical, the experience was quite different. To begin with, I was told that Dr. Phillips had sold the practice and was no longer a physician there, (yet his name and bio are still showing on the company webpage associated with the practice). I specifically asked if Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO was excepted as in- network, and was told "yes" ... In truth, at this time they were not yet considered an in network PPO provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, as I found out later when I received my bill. (Although they excepted a "agreed-upon" rate for services, because they are out of network, Blue Cross Blue Shield provides no reimbursement due to the significantly larger deductible placed on such services). I had blood drawn for routine blood work, had the most basic of physicals from PA Kevin Epple and was finished in 30 minutes. Blood results are normally available within several days because blood is only usable to a lab for 48 hours, (according to the diagnostic lab.) For two weeks I attempted to get the results of my blood work, unsuccessfully. I eventually had to contact the lab myself and they explained that there was no reason why I should not have known the results already- this was contrary to what the office staff at the Neighborhood Medical Clinic was telling me. Over the course of several calls to the office, I was told it would take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. (At the two-week point, I was told that it could take 4 to 6 weeks). When I was finally able to contact the diagnostic lab in Addison, they were very helpful and did not know why the results had not been available. Armed with this information, once again I tried to contact the neighborhood medical clinic. After being unsuccessful in my efforts to verify the presence of said bloodwork , I was forced to travel there in person. Upon telling them that the lab had told me the results were already in their office, and asking them to just pull my file, they did so begrudgingly... and the results were sitting just inside the file folder, visible to anybody who would've simply pulled the file and opened it! Fast forward a month and a half and I received a rather large bill in the mail from the neighborhood medical clinic, and it appeared that it had not been paid by Blue Cross Blue Shield, in any portion. When I called Blue Cross Blue Shield to question this, they informed me that at the time of my visit the neighborhood medical clinic was NOT yet considered as an in- network PPO provider, despite what the office had told me at the time of my visit. That status would not be in effect for another month and a half...had I known this at the time of service, I would NOT have visited this provider, as healthcare plans are very specific about the additional costs incurred if you attend an out of network provider (which the neighborhood medical clinic) was in the month of June, for the purpose of Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. So, in summary I would say my recent visit to this practice was one big disappointment, and I am paying for it. I only wish that Dr. Russell Phillips had continued to maintain and practice in the neighborhood medical clinic. I would not personally recommend this clinic, based on my experience. And, to be clear, my issue was not so much with PA Kevin Epple, but rather with the surrounding support staff, their misinformation and complete lack of customer support and follow up ...I spent two weeks doing their job for them after my visit, and then paid extra for it . read more

I have been here to see both Dr. Frye and Kevin Epple. Both providers have been great. I struggle with allergies, migraines, and low back issues. Dr. Frye has been able to treat all of these in a natural, non-invasive way. With regular maintenance adjustments my migraines have dropped from 1 a week to 1 per month. When I came down with strep last week, Dr. Frye had Kevin see me. Kevin run a quick strep test, and prescribed the antibiotic I needed. It is SO nice to have both my chiropractor, and PA in the same office for the few times Dr. Frye was not able to relieve my migraine (it just would not relent). Kevin worked me in, was able to do a quick exam, and then give me shot that was eventually the thing to get me feeling better. Marilyn and Robert at the front desk are great as well. They have never hesitated to help me with anything I needed. read more

Dr. Phillips is really a great doctor. His staff is very friendly and he is easy to get in too. We really use him as our family doctor for our entire family. You might have some wait time to see him because he will spend time with his patients to understand their problems. He is both medical doctor plus osteopathic doctor so, for instance, if you have a back problem,he can prescribe you medicine PLUS give you an adjustment all in the same visit. read more
