The entire office staff is friendly and they treat you like a real human - not the factory style "parts-is-parts...get-em-in-get-em-out" type medical care. When I was first looking for a primary care office to set up with I initially searched online and called around to various practices to ask questions and figure out which practice might be right for me and my family. Some places I called either didn't want to take the time to answer my questions, didn't know the answers or just didn't seem very friendly/caring. When I called here, the person on the phone was super friendly, didn't make me feel rushed and patiently answered my many questions. I then decided later that day to make an appointment (but at that point it was after hours on a Friday) and was able to do everything online, while they were closed - including scheduling my own appointment - I didn't have to wait for them to reopen after the weekend. It was amazingly convenient and easy to do. I've seen Megan approx 4-5 times now, I love the convenience of self scheduling online and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. You can do in-person or online (depending on what you need) and I've done both so far, both were on time and easy to do. If you like the convenience of self scheduling with a tech-forward practice, or you're tired of feeling like a number on an assembly line, or tired of dealing with a doctor who doesn't listen and only spends 5 minutes with you, then absolutely check out this place for care. It's a great mix of tech convenience with old-school values of caring & actually taking time with you to provide care. Highly Recommended!

I agreed to see one of the nurse practitioners and paid the higher fee for my first visit. She was not able to advise me on anything during that visit as she didn't have my bloodwork results yet. I have not been able to communicate with her at all about prescriptions since having my bloodwork run. The doctors do not communicate with patients through clinic's messaging system, unlike many other clinics. Messages are only responded to by the assistants. After much back and forth due to this, it has been almost two months without one of my agreed upon prescriptions being filled. One of my other prescriptions was incorrectly filled. After multiple calls and messages with assistants that were just following a script, the office manager called and insisted that it had been filled correctly and told me to go to CVS to handle it with them. The CVS pharmacist showed me how it was sent in and explained how it was done incorrectly. She tried to call the clinic but only only got the AI system. I have made more calls and sent messages since then. Today the office manager again called and insisted that the prescription was filled correctly, complete with a bad attitude as usual. She then told me I'm being fired as a patient. This is how they deal with their incompetence. This the worst run clinic I have ever dealt with.

The MA at the time told me Dr. Coxsley was not seeing new patients, I called mack a few months later and come to find out that MA lied.... what really happened is that the practiced "dismissed" me as a patient. I called Monica the practice manager but she never returned my call. I called again a month later and again was told that the practice dismissed me and that Dr. Coxsley made that decision. I think it's crap you leave honest feedback about your staff 3 years ago and you are never allowed back there. Staff come and go all the time but Dr. Coxsley is still there. She is a great doctor. you would think that the practice would call me and ask me what happened what can they do to make it better, etc., but no they did not. It's a shame they can get away with doing this. I tried to email corporate but this is a big business.... never heard back from anyone. I can not recommend this practice as they are shady.

I had a 2:10 appt and was seen in about 15 minutes. I have waited long periods of time in other offices. I really appreciate that. The nurses are nice and my physician Dr Lin is also very professional and knowledgeable.
