Also thanks to Dr. Wilbert Tsai in Pomona he is the doctor that works with the Hospice he even came to see my mom the first day she was placed on hospice and when the staff tried to get a hold of him he always responded no matter the time. This review is much past due but well deserved, better late than never. My mom was on hospice for…read more(8) months with All Saints. I was her full time care giver, and without the help of All Saints, I would have lost my mind and not have made it through such a hard time. My Mother was very well taken care of. Several times a week Gloria would come and bathe her. My Mom enjoyed that time getting "pampered" and was always all smiles. As she slowly began to succumb to her Alzheimer's, the support of All Saints, especially Janelle her nurse (who always made her laugh) and Jean her social worker, were imperative to both my Mom and I. I didn't realize how much I would need their help in just listening and their understanding in my fears and sadness. They were always available to answer any and all questions. The morning of December 5th, 2018, I knew my Mom was passing. I called Janelle crying and hysterical, she came over right away. Her calm demeanor and kind words helped me process and prepare to say good-bye. After my beautiful Mother passed, I was offered so much support in the ways of phone calls and visits from Marissa and their Chaplin Patricia. Janelle came to my Mom's funeral and to this day has checked in on me. Of course I have my husband and our family to lean on, but you don't realize how much you rely on the support in the people of hospice. I am grateful my Mom had such good care in her final days. I am grateful I had such good care as well.... Thank you All Saints.

I appreciated their offers to make the situation right and wanted to reflect their sincere efforts in an updated review.
