The hospice team listened to our concerns and did their best to maintain mom's comfort. Mom lost weight, they provided supplements... mom could no longer swallow well, they changed up her medications... mom started to feel pain, they adjusted mom's medicines to ensure mom was comfortable... mom had an infection, she was given antibiotics..
