What a pleasure dealing with Oasis Senior Advisors Treasure Coast…read more We feel fortunate to have come across this agency. Our advisor showed compassion and sincere caring for her clients. Melissa Dalsingh is very perceptive she picked up on our needs. She found us a place we could afford and be comfortable living in. Thank you Melissa for your kind ways and professionalism.

Neighbors mostly snowbirds and totally cliquey to boot. Isolated, lonely, depressed, felt that there was no life ahead. I could have a heart attack and rot in there, and nobody would know or care. (Sorry for being so graphic, but yep, that is what depression feels and sounds like..) A friend referred me to Oasis. Ann came to see me and discussed my physical abilities & disabilities, wants, needs. She emailed me a list of 6 facilities with INDEPENDENT LIVING apartments, we set up appointments to visit 3 of them.. I fell absolutely in love with the first place she took me to, put a deposit, and moved in the following week and sold my condo. Now I am with other people who are pretty much at a similar life stage. I have friends, activities, incredible amenities, and now I do "have a life". (and by the way, this at NO COST to me.) THANK YOU, Ann!!

Just spent a week here visiting our mother. We stayed at…read moreone of their Guest Apartments so we were here 24/7 taking in the environment. Our feelings after the week are: SHOP AROUND. We weren't particularly impressed. This place is ghastly expensive. ($5900 for Un-Assisted Living) Our feelings are, other than the fancy interior, it is mediocre. Most of the staff appear to be in contempt of the residents. The Hot Tub has been broken for two months. Repeated requests to repair it were met with "Our Maintenance staff is Very Busy". Really...? They have THIRTY-ONE empty units. Dinner here was...Pathetic. Our mother was treated beyond rudely by Cindy. She completely ignored us, refused to bring us silverware or water, even though there were only 5 occupied tables in the Dining Room, and most had already finished their dinner. She was clearly "punishing" our mother for forgetting to make a dinner reservation. In a 1/4 full dining room. After 20 minutes of purgatory I finally said something. Her mother/dining room supervisor then took over...with another attitude. When we ordered Baked Potatoes, her immediate response was "We Don't have Sour Cream". Ohhhhkaaaay. In our opinion this place is not managed as well as it should be for the price. We don't feel they truly care about their Residents. It's ALL.ABOUT.MONEY.

I have found most of the staff here are lazy and do not follow the resident's care plan. The common areas are dirty and dull. Not everything is being done for my father that should be according to his care plan . For what we are paying monthly (approx. $7,000) it is definatly not worth that. The staff will walk into his room not even say hi or ask if him if he would like anything. They promise a lot but there is no follow through. I am constantly in there as my father's advocate. It's amazing how the staff and the administrators will argue that they are right when they're not. Look beyond the pretty and glitzy decorations and think twice before moving yourself or a loved one here.
