Hospice liaison said "he is not ready for Hospice". Gave us brochures and went on her way. Husband was moved to Encompass, I did not feel he was ready for rehab, that night Encompass called me moving him back to Martin South hospital he was not doing well. Martin South called me that night and were sending him to Martin North for critical care. Next AM I went to hospital he was not doing well, was treated for several days they moved him out of critical care. My intuition thought they made a mistake; I was with him every day he was in the hospital watching his body slowly going into giving up. Talked to hospice again and again she said he is not ready. I could not believe what she said after looking at my husband. After couple days I said stop with the massive poking of needles, trying to draw blood and he is in pain. I left that evening he was going to sleep he said goodbye love you, he had always said goodnight. I prayed for him; I knew that would be the last of his pain. That morning he was in coma they moved him to a private room and then called hospice I said ok maybe they will learn something from this. We all said our goodbyes then hospice showed up and he passed away that evening. Now hospice wants to help us with our grieving, I went through the hardest time of my life. Don't believe the rosy picture they paint! Maybe a big $ donner helps with the fancy brochures but not hospice care. God took care of my husband and will take care of me.

It's a house that's turned into the most magnificent comfortable place for your loved one to be in instead of a big huge facility. My husband is one of their first residence to stay here. I was skeptical at first, but wow and I mean wow did I find a diamond in a haystack .He's been there for three months now I am so lucky to have found this place and it has saved his life. Jenell Hylton is the owner she is a registered nurse. Z is my husband's caregiver and the manager of the house . There is also another caregiver who relieves Z . They do fresh home cooking every day All three meals. They have in-house activities. They take him out. He has around the clock, Care. I almost lost him prior to his stay here due to lack of Care from the place, he was at prior . He's a type two diabetic early staged dementia has other issues, but let me tell you these girls are angels. There's not a thing they won't do to make sure he's in the best hands and has the best care. The place is spotless. Yes it looks like a 5 Star hotel but when you get in and you get to know these gals, you would not want a better place for your loved one. I'm not good at writing this stuff and honestly I can't say enough about Hylton suites. This is Jenell's last name so it's not like she's trying to push the Hylton name . Jenell has everything so organized hands-on with doctors, nurses ,labs physical therapy all in house as needed . Everything your loved one would need Jenell and Z make sure it's done correct . So if you're really looking for a SAFE place for your loved one please come take a tour. You will thank me because you will get your first night sleep knowing your loved one is in the best safest place.

hello and good evening, my name is sue i reviewed two…read morenights ago only i'm not sure if i sent it or not... i am a patient at caring linq med. and i absolutely love everything about it... the inside is immaculately clean, from the second you opened the door to arrive for your appointment your greeted... the staff are very professional and make you feel comfortable... the wait is always quick.. whom ever you see as your dr. their both awesome & very thorough , they really DO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS I FEEL I'M at HOME when i go i've found my place, i've never felt in good hands until now. I called to find out the times which weren't listed on the online calendar. I spoke to an Alana. She was abrupt, rude, interruptive, contradicted me repeatedly, and condescending. I was only calling to find out what time I should come in, she insisted I could "SEE the time on the calendar", until she finally checked it herself. When she realized the times weren't posted, she was even angrier and said; "Fine. I'll give you ALL the times." I thanked her and hung up. I'll search for another center. With the negative energy and ugliness that poured out of that woman, just over the phone to a new customer, who would want to go there?
